Cons:

Parkeergelegenheid was te beperkt waardoor een late gast met een auto (Renault Clio) met Frans-kenteken onze auto vast zette met als gevolg dat ik 2,5 uur moest wachten totdat auto's aan beide zijden waren vertrokken en ik er moeizaam kon uitsteken.
De receptie heeft zijn best gedaan de veroorzaker te traceren maar hij kon niet vaststellen welke buitenlandse gast het betrof omdat hij in het boekingssysteem niet kon terugkijken naar de afgelopen nacht. Als het boekingssysteem dat niet toelaat dan kun je dus nooit zulke problemen oplossen en vind ik dat een tekortkoming!

De kamer was mooi en verzorgd

Cons:

Het onthaal, de plaats in het restaurant vind ik niet ok. De taal, in het engels, vind ik niet naar behoren dat we nederlandstalig zijn en ook in Nederland zijn. Het restaurant was qua infrastructuur niet ok. Aangezien de renovatie werken heb ik wel wat begrip maar de uitstraling kon veel beter zoals de gordijnen die scheef aan de ramen hangen, de tafels vuil, de spinnenwebben tss de bloemen...het gaf een heel onverzorgde indruk. Daarentegen was het ontbijt wel ok.

Empfehle ich weiter, aber nicht am Wochenende für Urlauber ohne Auto

Super Hotel, Personal war sehr freundlich, Essen war lecker.

Cons:

Die Lage des Hotels war für Urlauber schlecht, zumal am Wochenende keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zur Verfügung standen

Centraal gelegen bij de verbindingsweg in Dordrecht.

Er werd flink verbouwd in en aan het hotel waardoor het hotel momenteel in een bouwput ligt.
