Verrassend goed!
Pros:

Value for money: ruime kamer, nette badkamer, goed werkende airco, keurig ontbijt (met op verzoek een speciaal gemaakt omeletje!)

Cons:

Vrijwel niets… alleen beetje donker in de douche, lampje moet vervangen worden

Wij verbleven één nacht in dit hotel, maar helaas viel het verblijf erg tegen. Bij aankomst bleek de airconditioning op onze kamer niet te werken. Bij de receptie kregen we te horen dat dit al enkele dagen bekend was, maar wij waren hierover vooraf niet geïnformeerd. Er was geen andere kamer beschikbaar.

Als tijdelijke oplossing kregen we drie kleine ventilatoren, maar desondanks liep de temperatuur op de kamer op tot 29,5°C. Tijdens een hittegolf is dat niet acceptabel, zeker niet voor een kamer van €220 per nacht. We hadden verwacht vooraf geïnformeerd te worden, zodat we zelf de keuze hadden kunnen maken om een ander hotel te boeken.

Daarnaast hebben we na ons verblijf contact opgenomen met het hotel om onze klacht kenbaar te maken. Helaas hebben we tot op heden geen enkele reactie ontvangen, wat wij erg teleurstellend vinden.

Het personeel bij de receptie was vriendelijk, maar de communicatie vanuit het hotel en de afhandeling van de klacht laten wat ons betreft te wensen over. Daarom kunnen wij dit verblijf helaas niet aanbevelen.

Pros:

Ontbijt was goed en bed lag lekker plus goede airco, lekkere koele kamer

Cons:

Krappe badkamer met een kleine douchecel opening. Nergens plek voor de shampoo mini flesjes….Het koffiezetapparaat werkt maar minder dan voor de helft, echt een onding.

Clean and modern building, free private parking, and the deluxe room was quite spacious. The location is close to Haarlem.

Cons:

Breakfast finished too early at 09:00, and they started removing it rather soon (but we and others were able to ask the staff to keep some things). All my requests that I sent to the hotel were ignored: we got two rooms on different floors, no baby bed was installed; we managed but it was rather inconvenient. It looks like this hotel is less suitable for families.
