The bed is was a real double bed instead of a twin bed pretends to be a double bed. The mattress was harder than average hotel.

Voor- en Nadelen
Pros:

Bij inchecken was de dame super aardig, ze sprak meer talen naast Nederlands en Engels waardoor wij en andere altijd goed verstaanbaar waren met ons wensen. Ze was heel behulpzaam, oplossingsgericht en denkt echt mee met de gasten. We waren een groep die tegelijkertijd kwamen inchecken en de hostess was pro-actief en heel gast vriendelijk.

Schoonmaakster was ook heel aardig,. Ze was vergeten de babybedje toe te voegen maar kwam zelf al snel achter, haar excuses aangeboden. Leuk kort gebabbeld terwijl ze met de babybed bezig was en mij een extra kussen aangeboden voor mijn rug ( ivm met mijn zwangerschap).

Cons:

We kwamen laat terug om te slapen, moei en wouden graag naar bed. We moesten de deurbel drukken voor de receptie, hiervoor moesten we best lang wachten totdat iemand aan kwam. Vaker de deurbel gedrukt natuurlijk maar er kwam niemand. Toen we de hoop begon te verliezen kwam de man naar ons toe, geen excuses aangeboden ofzo. Heel nonchalant en haastig alsof wij hem stoorde met iets.

Daarnaast we hebben een familie kamer geboekt voor ons gezin maar de douche zijn zo klein dat 1 persoon met een beetje overgewicht er niet echt in kan staan laat staan een moeder die haar zoontje moet douchen

Not worth staying there because they will make a problem and won't even try to solve it.

Unfortunately, despite having paid for the whole reservation, the hotel lied to me that the reservation was cancelled because it wasn't paid. They let me go in the middle of the night outside, and no help was given.

They absolutely ignored booking.com reservations which were paid completely and, moreover, in double, as they made a mistake, and afterwards they made up a guest on my colleague's invoice, and instead of professional communication, we received short sentences.

Nie wieder dort hin

Das Bett war absolut ekelhaft, anders kann man es nicht beschreiben. Als ich unter dem topper (zwischen topper und Matratze) nach etwas gesucht habe, das meine Tochter womöglich da versteckt haben könnte, waren da 2 große Blutflecken (wahrscheinlich periodenblut) unbehandelt zu sehen. Auf sowas lässt man seine Gäste schlafen, ich war maximal angewidert.
Die Toilettenspülung war zudem kaputt.
