Pros:

Poolside relaxing and service was amazing. Breakfast choices fantastic on the included buffet. Beautiful location to stay poolside, or walk on the beach. Dont need to go anywhere else!

Such a stylish stay at Bannisters Port Stephens with excellent Rick Stein dinner.
Pros:

Great location above a beach and set in natural surroundings, lovely interiors, bedroom, lobby, bars and restaurants. Lovely infinity pool and excellent food at Rick Steins restaurant.

We were disappointed this time round. May look for other accommodation next time.

On arrival I was struggling with our luggage and the trolley. I had to ask the porter to help me as he just stood there watching me. The room we were allocated was very dark. We had to leave the lights on whilst in there. On arrival we noticed that the glass sliding door didn’t lock, the shower was closed off with a shower curtain and water went all over the floor, wet towels and clothes. Also, there wasn’t enough parking. We have stayed at bannisters 3 or 4 times, we were very disappointed this stay.

Great position, lovely outdoor space. Rick Steins was a standout for dinner - food was amazing

Some of the other venues were very understaffed and a bit of confusion about how to order or finding someone to take our orders

We will be back .
Pros:

The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly, the amenities were great the pool was outstanding, position was great plenty of options on places to eat. We will definitely be going back.
