Pros:

Bonjour, l'hôtel Richelieu est un bon endroit au calme, en plein coeur de Lyon, très propre, et, le dispositif petit déjeuner est super, le prix compétitif avec plusieurs propositions au menu.

Vraiment, tous étaient super, depuis l'accueil jusqu'à mon départ, j'ai eu aucun problème, merci pour l'accueil.

Really, everyone was great, from the moment I arrived until my departure, I had no problems at all, thank you for the welcome.

Pros:

Le personnel de l'hôtel était sympathique, la literie confortable et c'était propre. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages à l'accueil.

Cons:

Problème de fuite du lavabo qui était connu avant notre arrivée et rien pour le régler après notre signalement, nous avons demandé à couper le chauffage car bruit de soufflerie très fort et il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre mais rien n'a changé donc nous avons dû ouvrir la fenêtre pour rafraîchir la chambre, il manquait la porte de la douche.

Convenient location for the train station, but LITERALLY right next to the train tracks
Pros:

Very good location for Part Dieu train station: 6 minutes' walk (or 10 if not very fast walker). Functional room: nothing exceptional, but nothing specifically missing.

Cons:

If you have a room at the back, it literally overlooks the train line (see photo). It's actually not as bad as I expected (if only because there aren't that many trains at night as it's quadruple glazed), but ... it's still right next to like 10 train tracks.

Très contente et je reviendrai lors de la prochaine visite.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement près de la gare Lyon Part-Dieu. Le prix de la chambre.

Cons:

La lunette des toilettes était disloquée ! Et il faudrait également changer la poubelle de la salle de bain ( couvercle très abîmé) La moquette du couloir qui a bien vécue..

Hotel propre, bien situé, avec un bon petit déjeuner
Pros:

L'hotel est très bien situé, le personnel serviable et aimable, la chambre propre et confortable bien que très exigüe. Excellent petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La chambre vraiment petite et une odeur d'égout ou de cave, diffuse dans tous l'hotel, surtout dans les halls, presque imperceptible dans la chambre. Un pbm avec la douche qui s'est mise en route toute seule au milieu de la nuit.

Très jolie hôtel, proche de la gare, facile d’accès.

Cons:

La chambre était situé à côté des rails, nous avons entendu des trains toute la nuit pas très agréable sans boules quies.

L'hôtel ainsi que le personnel est très sympathique ...
L'hôtel est extrêmement propre ,et les serviettes en grandes quantité et changé tout les jours..
La salle de bain n'est pas très grande mais super fonctionnelle il y a aussi un sèche cheveux..
A 2 pas de la gare part Dieu et du grand centre commercial
Je recommande vivement !!
