Great place to stay especially the location and super nice staff
Pros:

Walking distance to the main street, Carissa the front desk was very nice and went above and beyond, she made sure our room was clean. The room was nice just dated. Room had an amazing view of the river.

Cons:

The room was hot but they were nice enough to leave 2 fans and an extra room cooler.

Everything was great! Will definitely be returning!
Pros:

The evening staff was amazing! I do not remember the ladies name that we talked to but she was the nicest most helpful person we have truly ever met! We had a slight problem with our room and she fixed it right away and we had a great stay! Will definitely come back and I hope she will still be there!

Horrible due to lack of sleep in overheated room

I liked the location and the price.

Cons:

The pool was under renovation and I was not informed about it during my booking. There was no AC in the room and I did not sleep at all due to extreme heat and discomfort. I can’t believe that there was no information about this on the website. I also cannot believe in 2026 there are properties out there with no AC. The room was hot and humid and uncomfortable. I did not rest at all on my vacation. I am exhausted from the sleepless nights. The room was like a sauna. I will never book this property again.

Great location. Room was clean. Mattress was comfortable. Slept well.

Shower is in a tub. Old school. And that tub is so slick that it is a major fall risk.

Location good, layout was not.
Pros:

The bedroom was up a spiral staircase. That was never mentioned. I use a cane. Need I say more? The view was a concrete open area looking across to similar condos on the other side. Would not go back, even though the location was in the middle of Breckenridge.

Excellent Location
Pros:

Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Good amenities.nice staff. Nice coffee in room and lobby in mornings. Parking included.

Cons:

Noise over street. Parking spaces quite tight for the many trucks, but we managed.
