Poor selection of a la carte choices in restaurant.

Nothing really
Conferencing team lead by Kenanao were great. Good food, service and very organized. The team did not hesitate to accommodate our last minute requests and were present throughout the course of the conference to ensure we had all we needed. Great service! Conny, Marleen and Dineo in reception were helpful and welcoming, efficient and friendly on arrival and at check-out.

Location, staff friendliness. I forgot one item in my room on departure and the staff member who saw me leaving return the item to me before I took the complementary shuttle service to the airport.
No vegetarian burgers were available the last two nights of my stay.
