Love/hate this place
Pros:

I love the layout and cofort of the room. My dogs love this place . Grounds are clean and pet area is nice.

Cons:

Everytime I stay here, the bathroom has a leak from unit above. Bubble of water forms in the ceiling above the tub. Water even leaks through the light and fan. But I love the units. Other complaint is that pools are not maintained on the weekend. Had a bad storm on Friday and the pool was unusable the whole weekend.

Roomy and clean.

Cons:

The cabinets were outdated and the fridge kept us up all night by making noise. Told the front desk and he just said he'd pass it on. Stairs are steep and slippery with socks. The steps are kind of on the small size so if you have big feet, be careful.

Star Review – Extremely Disappointing Stay

My stay at Chase Hotel and Suites in El Paso, Texas, was an extremely disappointing experience from beginning to end. The staff, including the front desk receptionist, was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The rooms were outdated and not properly cleaned. The carpet was dirty, and I did not receive any room service during my entire stay.

The breakfast experience was just as disappointing. The breakfast staff was rude, and the service was very poor. On one occasion, I arrived approximately 20 minutes before the scheduled breakfast closing time, but there was no food available because the staff had decided to close early. On another occasion, my family and I were still eating breakfast when the staff turned off the lights, essentially making it clear that they wanted us to leave because, according to them, breakfast was over.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, unfriendly staff, and unacceptable breakfast service made our stay a complete nightmare. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in El Paso.

Nice place but be careful about your time and your money.
Pros:

Big apartment nice inside.

Cons:

They said they put 50$ on hold and refund it after you leave but for me they just debited my account and have yet to pay it back. If I hadn’t noticed I’d be out 50 bucks. Here on booking it says checkout is at noon but then at the last minute you get an email saying checkout at 11. Refuse to honor what they themselves submitted to booking.
