Pros:

Sehr freundlicher, unkomplizierter Check-In. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Dem Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer wurde gern entsprochen. Gute Verdunklungsvorhänge im Zimmer. 2 U-Bahnen nur wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt. S-Bahn Ring nur 1 U-Bahnstation entfernt.

Pros:

Das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal.
Ausserordentlich ruhig, obwohl an verkehrsreichen Straßen gelegen. Busse und U-Bahnen in wenigen Schritten erreichbar (Fehrbelliner Platz).
Andere Hotelgäste sehr höflich und hilfsbereit.
Besonders umweltfreundlich gestaltetes Frühstück.


Besonders erwähnenswert das gästefreundliche Check-out (12 Uhr).
Das Erledigen der Kofferrücksendung .

Es war sauber!

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage ist nur für Spielzeugautos! Das Personal sagte bei Ankunft nach 16 Uhr ganz entspannt und als wäre es selbstverständlich das das Zimmer noch nicht fertig sei und wir warten müssen......
Als wir das Hotel um etwa 11 Uhr verlassen hatten, den Koffer ins Auto gebracht hatten und noch mal "für kleine Jungs" mussten (ca. 30min später) wurde an der Rezeption noch einmal gecheckt ob wir vorher gebucht hatten....?!?!.....

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt zweckmäßig.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. (Kurzaufenthalt)
Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage war in Ordnung, denn man musste keinen Parkplatz suchen.
An der Rezeption konnte man einen Kaffee erhalten, auch wenn man kein Frühstück gebucht hatte.

Cons:

Die Lage des Hotels war eher bescheiden - ringsherum nur Betonbauten und viel Verkehr.
Die Tiefgarage ist recht klein und mit einem größeren Fahrzeug (SUV) nur recht vorsichtig zu befahren - es ist an manchen Stellen äußerst eng.

Kahvaltıda biraz daha çeşit olabilir. Yeşillik, roka, maydanoz ve marul olabilir, mesela. Mevcutlar çok taze ve kaliteli idi.

Cons:

Odada bir mini buzdolabı yoktu.

Sehr unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption!
Wir sind nach 5 Stunden Fahrt um 00:25 Uhr angekommen – und die Rezeption war nicht besetzt! Zu allem Überfluss funktionierten auch die zwei Terminals für den Self-Check-in nicht. Wir haben mindestens 10-mal angerufen, aber es ist niemand rangegangen. Selbst die B&B-Zentrale war über die Hotline nicht erreichbar.

Dann haben wir bei einem anderen B&B-Hotel in Berlin (Tiergarten) angerufen. Eine sehr nette Mitarbeiterin hat versucht uns zu helfen, konnte aber intern ebenfalls niemanden erreichen.

Am Ende tauchte der unhöfliche Rezeptionist nach ca. 45 Minuten Wartezeit auf – ohne eine Entschuldigung, ohne ein Lächeln und ohne jegliches schlechtes Gewissen! Er hat den Check-in abgewickelt, als ob nichts passiert wäre.
Wir werden nie wieder in diesem Hotel buchen!

Aangenaam verblijf met lekker ontbijt.

Lekker ontbijt. Mooi ingerichte kamers. Dichtbij metro.

Cons:

Op voorhand wisten we niet dat de kamers niet dagelijks werden gepoetst en de handdoeken ververst werden. In de kamer stond er genoteerd dat ze na de 3 overnachting kwamen poetsen maar ook dan zijn ze niet geweest (in totaal 4 overnachtingen). Er stond ook nergens genoteerd op welke manier je aan verse handdoeken kon geraken. We hebben na 2 overnachtingen dan zelf aan de receptie verse handdoeken gevraagd. Dat was dan wel geen probleem.

Gutes Mittelklassehotel, verkehrsgünstig gelegen.
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, die auch unter Stress ruhig blieben und auf Wünsche eingingen.
Zimmer war funktional und mit allem nötigen drin.
