I asked the front desk to clean my room and it wasn't done either.
Pros:

breakfast was good.

Cons:

Springhill charged my card on file an extra room I did not request. When I confronted the front desk about it, they were rude to me. I want a refund for the extra room, Springhill in Billings, Mt charged me. I am disputing this. I will not be staying at Springhill in Billing, Mt again.

I liked the area it was placed.

Cons:

That one of our rooms the sheets were dirty. But they did get us right into another room and gave us a discount on meals at a nice restaurant.

Pillows awful, toilets were short and not meant for anyone even slightly tall, the hair dryer cord was maybe 14 inches and too top it off even though it was my fault for leaving power cord for c-pap machine they made no effort to find or return my call, no response after my inquiry about the cord,while I’m at it the eggs were cold and sausage was unlike any sausage I’ve ever had before(in a bad way) so think my $164.00 could have been better spent elsewhere , won’t be back

I loved how calm it was, and it was within 2 miles of all of the stores we wanted to go to.

Cons:

Honestly the only thing that I had an issue with was how small the pool was. It was pretty underwhelming going there after seeing the rest of the building.

Air conditioning was broken and never received housekeeping services that were requested. Had to ask for towels every day!
