Nice facility with a good staff a bit overpriced and I felt nickel and dimed on bill.
Pros:

Staff was good and room clean and spacious.

Cons:

The charge for parking while not significant was not disclosed and it was a shared lot with a restaurant whose patrons don't have to pay. Kind of ridiculous.
Additionally, they offer a restaurant list, but it was not at all helpful

Disappointing stay, but it did have room for our large party.
Pros:

The lobby was beautiful and recently redone. The front desk staff were all so nice and helpful.

Cons:

The hallways were old. Our room, while spacious, was not great. The pullout couch mattress was stained and pretty disgusting. One bed was so soft and seemed like it dipped down-every single time anyone would move it was so loud. The bathroom was big, but the tum was very old with the finish coming off in the tub, old grout in the tile floor, and not being all the way clean under the sink.

I witnessed rudeness to other paying guest. Majority rudeness seems starts at the top w/Gen Mgr.
Pros:

There was no free breakfast. I did purchase at the Starbuck on-site. My chosen table [near the seated area with individual television] was not clean.

Cons:

Megan, says she's General Mgr & other checkout lady [6/21/25] & checkin lady 6/22 was very rude & not professional at all. Jennifer and Hank was very kind, pleasant and professional.
