I witnessed rudeness to other paying guest. Majority rudeness seems starts at the top w/Gen Mgr.
Pros:

There was no free breakfast. I did purchase at the Starbuck on-site. My chosen table [near the seated area with individual television] was not clean.

Cons:

Megan, says she's General Mgr & other checkout lady [6/21/25] & checkin lady 6/22 was very rude & not professional at all. Jennifer and Hank was very kind, pleasant and professional.

did your smell from the bathroom made things difficult to process. But it’s too soft however I prefer harder beds, my body mask and composition. The urine smell in the bathroom was my biggest problem, but the television and Internet also is. Support.s

Pleasant stay close to everything.
Pros:

Bed was very good. No noticeable dips or bumps in et\he bed. Flight was late so food was not available and we were too tired to go out .

Pros:

Hotel was very nice. The parking lot was rough and there were suspect people there.
There was a group of HS kids there that were loud but it was a weekend so we didn’t say anything.
Elevator didn’t work right, the door kept sticking.
But it was a nice place.

Pros:

Hotel was great in most ways, but fan attached to the main bathroom light rattled SO loudly that it was nearly impossible to use it. I told the manager about it, but it was not repaired. Otherwise it was a very nice stay.
