Not great, but far from terrible.
Pros:

Friendly staff, location, great breakfast, reduced parking rate for week long stay, Smart tv in room, my hairdryer didn’t work, but a replacement was delivered immediately. Great service, just no attention to detail.

Cons:

The bathroom was unclean (needs to be professionally cleaned with steam cleaner for tiles.) The stench in the elevator was unbearable. Housekeeping staff either needs retraining, or management needs to improve standards. I found 3 Mc Donald’s French fries beside the toilet. There was also a layer of dust on the curtain valance. Curtains half off hooks and liner ripped. Attention to detail could make this place truly great!

Nothing was great about the property. Room wasn’t clean properly.

As mentioned earlier, nothing was great about the property. It wasn’t cleaned specially rooms. We were assigned to a room where I saw previous guest’s garbages were there and my 20th month old daughter touched that. Super annoyed with the service
Also they don’t lights in the washroom it’s only vanity mirror’s light, when asked the receptionist about the light. He said it’s the same in every rooms.
Won’t recommend.

It was a good day and it was somewhere to sleep at the end of the day .

Size of the room was good. Location was excellent. You get what you pay for. Good value for your dollar.

Cons:

Could be cleaned and maintained better. Didn't like having to pay for parking.
