Pros:

Breakfast wasn’t good at all.

Cons:

Elevator wasn’t working and the staff never cared to inform the guest. Although we did call office around 7.30 am to inform the same. Pathetic service.

Room was decently clean, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I paid extra for the fire place and it wasn't even turned on to use. When we inquired as to why it wasn't working they said it isn't fall yet. It was Octiber 15-18. I should not have been charged for extra amenities when they were not usable. I woukd have got a basic cheaper room had I known. Also, the door at the pool has a step down directly after it. There's no sign and I had a mis step with an already healing ankle.

Friendly staff, clean, large room but dated. Good location.
Pros:

Good location, friendly front desk staff, very large room/suite. Well equipped room/suite. Easy parking.
Option for early check in (for a fee). Quiet at night.

Cons:

Some parts of shower should be better cleaned (the grooves). 1 bathroom too small. Dated room/suite. Elevator not working on 2nd day (the only elevator). Breakfast not that convenient (in the basement) and especially as elevator was not working.

bon accueil, pratique, propre et à proximité du coeur de Niagara Falls
Pros:

Bien que légèrement vétuste, les prestations sont de qualité et sa proximité avec le coeur de ville en font un établissement pratique et agréable

Good value comfortable stay in Niagara
Pros:

The location was great for walking downtown. The beds were comfy and came equipped with microwave and fridge. Pool was decent and temperature was nice.

Cons:

The freezer in fridge had been defrosted and smelled horrid. Basement for breakfast was really hot and they had a hard time keeping up to demand but for free it was ok.

It was comfortable and met our needs.
Pros:

heated indoor pool, breakfast included, relatively close to the falls

Cons:

breakfast room was small and easily crowded
the fan in the bathroom was always on if the lights were on - sometimes you dont want the fan on
didnt seem to be temp controls for the room
