People on the third floor don’t appreciate having to go down to 1st floor for ice.

Ice machine is never working on 3rd floor which is where they put me every time I book.

The rooms had poor sound proofing, sports teams staying were in and out of rooms late preventing a full night sleep :(

Pros:

It was warm and cozy, fire rolling. Staff at desk friendly.

Cons:

Was hard to recognize the entrance, new remodel seem, tried and run down, with a slash of pain, bedsheets were dark and stained, tiles grout was cracked and wall joints, and remote was very dirty. The gym needed updated stuff, Christmas needs to come down, too.

Tried to kiss on off the staff and made me leave the hotel 2 hours after I checked in manager call police and they went to my room and made me leave the hotel and premises
