Overpriced and Dissapointing
Pros:

We booked a two bedroom apartment for two couples. When we arrived we found it had one queen and two bunk style singles. I decided to book another room the cost was $460 per night for two nights! ( considerably more than when we had booked)This is between a 3-4 star property. No housekeeping and expected to wash up and take rubbish out.
The attached restaurant Brady’s is supposed to be open but opened late on Friday and didn’t open on Sunday which was a perfect day weather wise for a drink and casual meal.

The apartments are old with creaky floors and a small bathroom.

Many better options in Launceston.

Great central city location
Pros:

The room had a double bed and a single. Very comfortable. Great shower. The location is close to the Cataract Gorge which was perfect for us as we were only in Launceston for a day. A medieval feel to the place; very cute. The gentleman in reception was delightful

Good place to base yourself for exploring Launceston.
Pros:

Good location between town centre and CBD. There is a nice looking pub / restaurant on site but we didn’t try it. Room was comfortable.

Cons:

The only issue we had was the toilet which wasn’t draining properly. We reported the issue to reception before we went out for a few hours and were told a maintenance person would look at it but when we returned, the toilet hadn’t been fixed and reception was closed. We managed to sort it ourselves luckily.

The amusement park section only open on weekends. We stayed Mon/Tues so I was disappointed not to have access.

Pleasantly surprised having read some previous reviews, room was clean, quiet had all we needed and bed seemed new and comfortable.

Could occasionally hear upstairs neighbours walking about but it wasnt too bad
