Would recommend this as a unique place to stay!
Pros:

Great location and unique property. We loved having the pub close by and being able to walk everywhere.

Cons:

The shower was cold on the first morning, for all 5 of us. We also had very noisy neighbours 2 out of the 3 nights. Very loud partying, yelling, swearing. We were in Launceston to run at the half marathon but all slept very badly until the last night.

Pros:

Location is very central, nice walking options to the marina and restaurants there. Comfortable beds, the appartement is warm and clean. Quirky setting looking out over The big zip line of Penny Royal.

Cons:

The carpet in the kitchen.

Lovely couple of nights
Pros:

We stayed for two nights, it was a great location and central to everything. The charm of the place was lovely and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Would go back.
