Es war sauber, Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich
Pros:

Busstationen vor der Tür. 30 Minuten zu Fuß und in die Stadt.

Es war sehr laut im Haus!

Ablagen waren nicht sauber, Schlüssel über Goki App hat erst nach 30 Minuten funktioniert,

Cons:

On the last day, I didn't have the room cleaned. I put the do not disturb sign as I am having a sleep in. Then I left at 11.30 and changed the sign to make up room. I came back to the otek at 5.30 pm and the room wasn't cleaned. I assume cleaning is still happening throughout the hotel and I would expect the housekeeper would check again to all floors. Also when you take a shower the water would leak out of the shower and flood the bathroom

Central location and easy to CBD.
Pros:

The receptionists were very helpful! Allyssa was receptive and jump to help. Rooms very clean. I would recommend to young travellers without big luggages.

Cons:

No Lift to last floor and they mention on hotel description.

Short stay in Sydney
Pros:

The location was good and the staff were helpful. Great getting clean towels dally. It was great having a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.

Cons:

The telly was not working in room 104 and there wad a musty smell. I was moved.to another room then which was OK.

Perfect for what we paid. Actually surprised by how well we enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

Don’t expect 5 star rooms with a view because that’s not what you paid for, but expect a great location, lovely staff, the most comfortable bed, fantastic shower, wifi brilliant and also amenities like shower gel, shampoo etc which were great.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit dated. Please don’t be put off on first impressions. There is no view from the room, but leaving the blind opened gives in enough light to make the room feel bigger and brighter.

We loved the location and staff, thanks!
Pros:

Staff were lovely, great proximity to bus and train, comfortable bed and pillows

Cons:

Room was unfortunately very dark even with the window shade open. We had to set alarms to make sure we didn’t accidentally oversleep thinking it was still nighttime.

Would stay again.
Pros:

Fabulous location. It was so easy to get to the train station and around Sydney from here. Lovely atmosphere, efficient staff. Very neat and tidy.

Cons:

It could be a little noisy at times. Sounds carry from other rooms. Some guests have very loud voices! Overall though, they manage that as best they can.
