Good Location, Rustic Room
Pros:

The room was rustic and comfortable. No sound from the streets, and close to the train stations.
Getting cabs was easy, as was a good feed

Cons:

There's a weird smell in the shower when turning on the taps - just for a minute

Pulizia camere ogni mattina, ottimo la funzione ingresso porte con app goki,ben collegato a 2 passi da metro king cross e sotto l hotel ci sono fermate bus per collegamenti altre zone città.sotto hotel ce un bar dove fanno colazioni salate e dolci super....Alessandro della reception è stato gentilissimo nell accoglienza.Abbiamo apprezzato il rifornimento di caffe e the x bollitore ogni giorno.

Good value for money, clean and great location. Comfort beds
Pros:

Location was great, next shops and train station. Staff was helpful and friendly

Cons:

There were no plug next to the kettle . Lift was not working first day but it was all sorted next day , room was a bit dark , not enough light for me .

The room was comfortable, quiet and fairly well equipped.
The position was good.
The app to access the building and the room was easy enough to use.

Cons:

Housekeeping is the only sore point.
The people servicing the room overlooked many things (e.g.restocking the tea and coffee)and the room was never properly cleaned during our 6 night stay. Just bed and towels.
There are also some discrepancies between the info provided on the app and what reception told us in person or through direct messaging:
the app stated rooms were serviced every day from 8.00 to 14.00, except Sunday. The reception told us the rooms were also serviced on Sunday and from the afternoon, which meant never before 16.00
