Would stay there again when required but not eat there
Pros:

Good location for easy access to hospital and shopping

Cons:

Rooms could do with a mirror other than the only one in the ensuite.
Also we ate dinner there and the food was cooked poorly. Undercooked beef burger patty and way too much salt.

Pros:

Love staying here.

Cons:

A bit of a build up of debris in the corners in the bathroom. And a large black spider meet me in there as well.

Pros:

Hotel location was good. Walkable to places of interest in the city. Food outlets nearby.
Hotel in house menu good too.
Overall no complaints. Will stay again.
Suggestion. Bathroom shower should have a non slip mat.

From the second walked in the door the staff were friendly welcoming, room was clean and spacious with views. Breakfast buffet was worth adding on.

Street parking was limited during business hours but was fine 6pm onwards

Pros:

Beds and pillows so good! Staff lovely

Cons:

$30 for a car park is so excessive and hence we didn’t use it. I think it should be on first come basis or marginal cost if you want return clients

Pros:

Really great location, good size room, nice balcony with a great view. And a super comfy bed!

Cons:

Parking was an issue. We arrived at 2pm at check in time and parking was fully booked. So then tried to book a park for our second night but that was also full. Had to find street parking, not ideal...
