Beds are like marshmallows..
Pros:

The bed was comfortable 😌 the staff were amazing

Cons:

There was a bit of a mix up with my breakfasts...and was told they weren't going to charge me ... but they did anyway.

חדר נוח, נקי, מיטה נוחה, מקלחת נהדרת, ארוחת בוקר טובה, צוות נחמד, לציין במיוחד את פקידת הקבלה ניקול שעזרה לנו מאד !!!

Unverschämtes Verhalten bei Stornierung!
Cons:

Ich habe mich sehr geärgert über die Geschäftsleitung.
Musste den Termin umbuchen und am nächsten Tag das Doppelte bezahlen. Kurz darauf habe ich storniert und es wurde mir die doppelte Summe als Storno in Rechnung gestellt. Auch das Frühstück musste ich bezahlen!
Den ersten Betrag 200 ND hätte ich noch akzeptieren können!
Das Hotel ist auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen!
