Hôtel de centre ville avec de grandes chambres et une literie confortable. La cuisine du restaurant et le petit déjeuner est de très bonne qualité et nous avons été bien accueillis.

Le service d'étage au global : nous avons bien passé commande par l'accueil, le jeune homme ne connaissait pas la carte j'ai du lui expliquer (mon anglais est fluent) il a récapitulé et pourtant : oubli du dessert et d'une boisson...ils ramènent la boisson et refacturent le service 1 dollars...mais pas le dessert. On a laissé tomber nos filles était fatiguées...C'est rien un dollar NZ c'est 0.50 € mais pour un oubli de leur part...on a trouvé dommage de nous le facturer.
