Location
Room was not clean. Floor was filthy. Couch and chair were stained and ripped.mold in the bathroom.
I expected a few more options at breakfast. We did eat a little later (9:00am) but several options had been picked over.

Location near University of Delaware’s sports facilities was great! Room size for a family of 5 was more than enough. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast was a good spread.
The hotel needs a refresh. Wallpaper was peeling, extra bedding was pilled. Carpets were stained.
The property was at a great location. Quiet during the night. Having 2 bed room and 2 bathroom for our unit was nice as well. Also the outside patio wasn't bad.
The unit was out dated, think the should up date the floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. There was a harsh werid smell in the room when we arrived so we had to spray air freshener. Kithcen sink got clocked while we ran water and the garbage disposal didn't work.

Room was clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was excellent each day.
Housekeeping came 3 times to try and get in my room prior to my checking out even though I had arranged for a late checkout with the front desk

About the only thing we liked was the bed was fairly comfortable.
The first thing we noticed was the couch in the lobby was filthy. Next, was the elevators. They were disgusting and had trash and food on the floor. The room itself was somewhat ok as far as a room goes... however the dust cover on the bed was hanging off on one side, the inside of the toilet had black filth showing under the rim and the vanity drawers were broken. When we went down for breakfast, the tables were dirty and the coffee tasted old and the food could have been a bit better. When leaving, the girl at the desk was eating and chewing food while checking us out.
