Wir mussten bei Abreise Starthilfe haben, der Chef ist mit uns zum Baumarkt gefahren um ein Starthilfekabel zu besorgen und hat sie dann auch gegeben. Nicht das erste mal zu Karneval da, wie immer topp und zentral. Weiter so.

Pros:

Nehir manzarası çok güzeldi Hauptbanhof a nehir boyunca yürüyerek 10 dakikada ulasabilirsiniz. Oda temizdi ve duşakabini büyüktü ,otelde odasında olması gereken herşey vardı ( kahve makinası ,terlik, mini buzdolabı ,saç kurutma makinası )Ayrıca resepsiyondaki Bey çok yardımcı oldu. Çok memnun kaldım

Very enjoyable short break location we would readily recommend
Pros:

The room was really comfortable and the view over the river, lovely. The staff were very friendly and really helpful. The location was very good for the Xmas markets and other city centre activities including cafes and restaurants

Cons:

The lack of an evening restaurant. (But there were plenty of places very local to eat)

A very friendly hotel in a fantastic location - I would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Lovely friendly staff. They were so attentive and available 24 hours a day to help. An excellent location for the Christmas markets - Heinzels market with the ice rink is only a ten minute walk away, the chocolate museum market is even closer. Easy 15 minute walk from the main train station Cologne hbf.

Cons:

There was no kettle in the room that I booked, however the reception staff are available 24 hours a day and will make an assortment of hot drinks for you, served beautifully alongside the amazing Christmas biscuits which were available in the reception area.

Excellent emplacement et très bon accueil!
Pros:

Excellente situation géographique. Le personnel est très aimable.
Les chambres sont correctes avec une bonne literie.
Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:
