Gute Lage und sehr sauber. Sehr nettes Personal, herzlicher Service und gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein relativ teures Appartement im Nebenhaus gebucht, das sehr schön war, aber leider keine Klimaanlage hatte, was aufgrund der sehr hohen Temperaturen von fast 40 Grad am Tag und 28 Grad in der Nacht unerträglich war. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stellte mir die Minibar und das Frühstück gratis zur Verfügung. Auch bekam ich eine Flasche mit gefrorenem Wasser, die ich vor den vorhandenen Ventilator stellen konnte. Am nächsten Tag konnte ich zum Glück in ein klimatisiertes Zimmer im Haupthaus umziehen. Die Preisdifferenz hätte man mir erstattet; dies war aber aufgrund der Buchung über Booking.com nicht möglich.
Es sollte bei der Hotelbeschreibung vorab klarer darauf hingewiesen werden, dass es im Nebenhaus keine Klimaanlage gibt. Die Appartements im Nebenhaus sind im Sommer bei hohen Temperaturen nicht zu empfehlen, solange sie nicht klimatisiert sind

Rundum gelungen
Pros:

Familiengeführtes Hotel mit Rheinblick. Schönes Zimmer mit sehr guten Betten und Kopfkissen.
Die Bar ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ein tolles Angebot an Getränken.

זהו מלון משפחתי עם טיפול אישי מכל הבחינות. החדרים נוחים וכך גם המיטות. חדר המקלחת והשירותים קטן אך מספיק בהחלט. המיזוג חזק. המלון ממוקם לצד נהר המיין, במרחק הליכה מהעיר העתיקה ומרכזי הבילויים של קלן. למלון, בתשלום נוסף, חניה תת קרקעית ומאובטחת. ארוחת הבוקר עשירה ומגוונת כוללת מגוון גבינות, ביצים, נקניקים וירקות. צוות המלון המשפחתי תמיד עם חיוך ונכונות לסייע ובסבלנות בכל שאלה או התייעצות לגבי מסעדה או מקומות ביקור. המחיר ללילה לא זול אבל מקבלים תמורה מלאה. מעבר לביקור המהנה בקלן, השהייה במלון המשפחתי היתה חוויה מרנינה ומשלימה.

Voortreffelijk ontbijt. Familiehotel met bijzonder behulpzame en vriendelijke eigenaren toen ik een probleempje had dat opgelost morst worden

Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la tranquillité de l’hôtel ainsi que sa situation géographique idéale. L’établissement est très propre et particulièrement calme. C’est un petit hôtel bien entretenu, exactement ce dont nous avions besoin. Sa proximité avec le Rhin et avec le musée Ludwig, où nous étions venus pour l’exposition Kusama, a été un véritable atout.
