jolie structure mais je ne recommande pas si on rencontre un souci technique

- places de parking ok
- dîner très bon et service top
- personnel assez pro et assez souriant

Cons:

j'ai choisi le best western car j'ai toujours trouvé ces hotels très pro, propres avec des chambres bien aménagées et des équipements fonctionnels.
sauf que :
- première utilisation de la sdb : lavabo et douche bouchés ! j'ai du demander à ce que ce soit débouché (on imagine donc l'odeur). suite à ma demande, ça a été débouché (l'eau stagnait encore, mais moins)
- à après avoir passé la première nuit gelée, j'ai demandé à plusieurs reprises à avoir le chauffage. la deuxième nuit le chauffage n'a pas fonctionné alors qu'on m'avait assuré qu'il avait été mis en marche et qu'il fonctionnait. le 3ème jour je demande donc avec insistance qu'on me mette le chauffage, "oui il a été réactivé car vous avez raison il avait cessé de fonctionner", et non, le chauffage n'était pas fonctionnel : la réceptionniste est venue constater avec moi, car 3ème nuit en vue à se geler encore. j'ai donc du demander une seconde couette (on ne me l'a pas proposée) pour espérer passer une nuit correcte...
- les bouteilles vides n'ont pas été enlevées lors du ménage, j'ai fini le séjour avec 5 bouteilles en verre sur la table haute

L’accueil fait par une intérimaire complètement dépassée et pas investie ! Accueil glacial au téléphone… j’avais envie de repartir !
La literie est exécrable. Nous avons eu une chambre triple où le lit supplémentaire était complètement défoncé. Les oreillers étaient soient en béton, soit difforme et la clim tellement bruyante qu’elle nous a empêché de dormir.
Pour une chambre triple on était comme des sardines les uns sur les autres…

Compare to other places the size of room and absence of a fridge were disappointing.

Pool area and loung were good. Staff were helpful in particular staff responsible for room cleaning and bar staff were great.
