The staff is friendly, the pool is nice but the hotel and good is below average and not aligned with the rating

The swimming pool

Cons:

I was quoted 206 euros for our stay and upon arrival the amount changed to 254 without the property or booking being able to explain this. The restaurant was closed due to staff being sick, the tap in the room was loose and difficult to use, the breakfast was below average with the berries molded.

Es war alles da, was wir für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gebraucht haben. Sehr schöner Pool. Gute Busverbindung nach Versailles. Ausreichend Parkplätze und Ladesäulen für E-Autos. Hilfsbereites Personal, Anlage gepflegt und sauber.

Cons:

Dreierzimmer sehr eng. Frühstückszeiten sehr früh.

Correct, mais un peu moins bien que mon premier séjour, dommage que le restaurant ne fonctionne pas la journée le soir,

Cute hotel, but dogmatic staff destroyed the experience
Pros:

We escaped to this hotel during a major heatwave, and the air conditioning worked well. The hotel has a pool (albeit not very clean as it was full of people/children) and the room was comfortable. The area surrounding the hotel is calm and cute.

Cons:

While the first staff welcoming us were very friendly, we clearly noticed a huge negative gap between the week staff and the weekend staff. They were all ruled with illogical dogmas that forbid them to think for themselves over the tiniest ridiculous things. For example, insisting on not giving us a second fork or spoon for breakfast, and making us believe we were crazy for asking so, or not letting us stay in the lobby area / pool after our checkout although it was empty. Their attitude was always very defensive, rude, impolite and especially illogical. Also, the breakfast was not at all worth its price, and if you come over the last hour of breakfast after 9:30 there is almost nothing left.

Buen plan familiar junto a Versalles
Pros:

Lo escogimos para pasar el día cerca de Versalles cuando nos cancelaron el vuelo previsto. Tiene piscina lo cual es indispensable para los niños y buenos espacios comunes. A 15 minutos en Uber de los palacios.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado de la habitación es justito en caso de ola de calor como la que hemos sufrido

Le fait de pas pouvoir profiter de la piscine en attendant de pouvoir avoir les chambres à 14h. En général, j’ai pour habitude, si j’arrive plutôt d’attendre ma chambre mais de pouvoir profiter des Service surtout si je consomme.
