Great stay
Pros:

The location was great,right in the heart of Utrecht. Close to everywhere! Iy was also very comfortable and clean.

Cons:

There was a funky smell at the entrance. We were told that during the cold weather, the smell gets stronger.

Wonderful stay. Lovely hotel. Beds need improvement.
Pros:

Excellent location! Staff were very helpful. The coffee and tea in the lounge were much appreciated.

Cons:

The bed was not very comfortable for older people like me. The front desk staff got me extra pillows, which helped, but arthritic bodies need more cushion from something like a foam topper on the mattress.

Great place, great location, lovely staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was great and nicely presented. It was tasty and abundant. Good value for money.

Cons:

I requested to have the breakfast ready by 7am since I was travelling. Unfortunately this wasn't met and it took a while until everything was ready.

Fijn hotel voor een nachtje Utrecht
Pros:

Super centrale locatie, sfeervolle en ruime kamer (alhoewel ik op de plattegrond zag dat er ook kleinere kamers waren), heerlijk bed met stevige matras.

Cons:

De kamer grensde aan het trappenhuis waardoor je vooral 's avonds veel mensen de trap op/af hoorde gaan. 's Nachts gelukkig geen last van gehad.
