Please take extra money but don't do such practice with your costumers.
Pros:

He refused to give room through OYO booking but after taking cash and request then he allow us to sleep in room as very savior cold outside on that day.

So thanks to him for his gesture.

Cons:

Said property manager refuse to give room in the name of OYO as he discontinue business with OYO and update in written, still OYO making fools and kept hold customer for such small money .
Its very horrible experience that in late night, how to manage and thanks god that i am all alone and if kids with me then its must be again a traffic experience

Pros:

The location is decent. Staff was good. Hot water 🔥.

Cons:

The bedsheets, blanket and pillow covers were dirty with stains. Even they did change the room but the sheets were in same dirty condition. Had to sleep with full clothes on, it was that dirty looking. Floor was full of stains. Usually i try to avoid negative reviews but it was necessary to highlight.

Worst place ever to stay run by Fraudsters
Pros:

The property doesn't allow people at the tarrif shown on Oyo or even booking.com
Once you reach the property, you'll meet very rude staff members who would ask you to pay more or find another place to stay.

Cons:

The Staff, the fraudulent behaviour, the rudeness, the cleanliness, the stench of smoke in their entire room.
