I was quite annoyed by the staff at the club lounge. They kept visiting my table every three minutes, offering to clear away plates and cups, which I had repeatedly asked them not to do. This excessive attentiveness disrupted my experience and felt unnecessarily intrusive.

Had a sick child with special restricted food/diet. They refused to heat up outside food. It costs you nothing to help use a microwave. Beautiful hotel. Baggage help was very nice.
