В целом не плохо. Ставим 4.
Pros:

Удобное место расположения, рядом с транспортом. Рядом (2-3 остановки) Нац. Музей, Пирамида и т. д. Не шумно. Рядом магазинчик. Недалеко есть кофейня, в которой можно хорошо поесть, фастфуд и кафе с национальной кухней, в которое ходят в основном местные, супермаркет.
Персонал очень доброжелательный.
Курящих соседей выселили после нашей жалобы.
Комната большая. Есть удобная кровать, шкаф, диванчик и невысокий стол. Халаты и тонкие тапочки.

Cons:

Нет завтрака. Нет кондиционера. Плохая вентиляция в санузле (соседи курили, дым шёл к нам). Нет лифта. Отель на втором и третьем этаже здания, лифт точно был бы полезен.
Фена не было. Полочек в ванной комнате не было. Мыла не было.
