It was an amazing experience, very comfortable place and we didn't want to leave
Pros:

The staff was fully available and eager to help, very friendly. The place was clean and new and modern. The staff was always cleaning something. It was priced below average which was great and the included breakfast was incredibly wonderful. The location was great to 💯

A comforting night’s stay and rest. Waking up to good breakfast with good anf kind staff to accompany my visit.
Pros:

The property is very clean and gorgeous. Room was incredibly clean and staff were extremely kind. Breakfast was good, nothing to complain about at all!

An excellent little getaway for a long weekend.
Pros:

Upon Check-in the front desk associate Asked if we were planning on using the pool which we confirmed and placed us in a room directly across from the pool entrance which we very much appreciated so we wouldn't have to walk around the property wet. We were also on the 1st floor which was perfect for my son, who has a tendency to be a little hyperactive in our room and didn't want to disturb other guests

Cons:

No complaints, the room was clean.It was comfortable.We were very close to the pool.Breakfast was a plus for my picky eater.The hotel lobby was cozy 5 stars across-the-board for a family friendly hotel.

Pet friendly hotel with barking dog to keep you up at night.

The barking dog until 10pm…the extremely low toilet…the breakfast starts to late…the noise from hallway excessive…staff not warm/friendly.

Pittiful.
Cons:

When we arrived in the late afternoon and tried to check in, they told us we did not have a reservation even though I had a confirmation and pin number from booking.com. We had to find another hotel in Great Barrington Massachusetts. They told us we could wait around for 3 to four hours to see if anyone would cancel. They stated that I should call booking.com because it was their issue. We were very tired from driving that day. They refunded our cost. My question is how would they know how much to reimburse me if I was not in the reservation system. My wife and I are considering not using any comfort inn in the future. The comfort inn left us hanging out to dry as far as we are concerned. My wife and I are both in our seventies and we feel we were very unfairly.

Comfortable for our overnight passing through. Will stay again if in the area!
Pros:

The property was beautiful. Fresh snow had just fallen and really set a show stopper seen when walking into the beautiful grand lobby. Front desk staff were wonderful and accommodating. We stayed in the king suite and the space was perfect for my family of three and our Boston terrier. Our daughter enjoyed the heated pool. Breakfast was hot and always kept full.

Cons:

Disappointed to find that the hot tub had been filled in. Gym equipment needs updating.
