Good amenities and location
Pros:

I appreciated having a quiet room on the third floor, decent space, and good breakfast.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the hallways and stairs was not great. We used the EV charger and the first plug (#1526) didn't work even though it was showing as online. Fortunately another one did work.

Overpriced for what it is
Pros:

Comfortable bed, clean room, breakfast was good.

Cons:

Check in took 20 mins, renovations being done, AC in room didn't work, dog in room next to us barking, sidewalk around the hotel uneven and tripped, everything felt cheap, only 1 bar soap, two towels, had to use one for the floor when getting out of the shower, very mediocre for the price.

Good stay, could be better with a better breakfast
Pros:

Had an overall good experience but with a few areas that could use improvement:

The good: Room was clean and comfortable (especially the bed), wi-fi worked well (though we had to frequently re-authenticate), staff was extremely friendly, there is a limited Dunkin' Donuts inside the gas station convenience store next to the hotel. Though we didn't use it, the pool was quite large and looked to be very clean. The lobby is very nice. Parking was plentiful.

The bad: Breakfast was pretty limited, and a big step down from the Hampton Inn that we usually stay at when visiting the area. The only hot items were what appeared to be reheated eggs and sausage (as well as instant oatmeal). Coffee was some sort of syrup and water mixture that was just awful (thankfully, as I mentioned above, there was a DD next door). The fitness center is very small, just 4 aerobic machines (one of which was out of order) and some dumbbells.

For what we paid the hotel was fine, if they can improve the breakfast a bit, and put in a real coffee maker, I'd bump up my review to a 4.
