Very nice location and nice rooms
Pros:

The lady that does the breakfast was really helpful and professional, super nice! The staff is also very helpful and nice!

I was assigned to a 1st floor room in the farthest wing at the very end at the back of the building next to an exit. I did NOT feel safe! I asked for another room, but apparently the property was sold out. I stayed in my room ~ 1.5 hrs to find alternative accommodations. Requested a refund and was denied. I made reservations several months ago. My reservation was for one. No solo traveler should be stuck on the 1st floor by an exit at the farthest point from the main entrance. Very inconsiderate of property that values profit over guest experience.

Nice location and nice quiet hotel
Pros:

Try nice location right off the highway but quiet. We have stayed here several times while visiting my son in Albany. Too expensive e to stay in the city. Dunkin and gas right next door. We arrived in the middle of the night so they gave us late check out until noon even though we didn’t need to use it. Thank you

Cons:

Breakfast pretty sparse. Could use more fresh fruit (bananas!) and just more hot food.
Prices jacked up for graduation weekend but we’re just traveling through. Very inconvenient for travelers

Pros:

One-night stay because my normal accommodations were unavailable. Was checked in and provided a room quickly. Room was very nice (King). Clean, comfortable, no signs of deferred maintenance. Plenty of towels and toiletries for a hotel. AC/Heat unit could not be adjusted by the wall thermostat, despite what the sign said. Temp was OK. Breakfast was unusual for me. Instant coffee from a machine and limited tea offerings (2). Juice machine did not work. Pitcher with orange juice was cool, not cold. Layout had no consistency. Food quality lacking in my view.
