Your time is to precious to attend any presentations
Pros:

Unfortunately check in is terrible that there's a person on the side of desk ready to accommodate you with places to go but be prepared do not attend any timeshare presentations just get your keys, of course dummies we attended & four hours later they tried with their whole spiel-get out ASAP it totally ruined our morning not worth your time be aware! And anything they give you not worth your time!

Winter Newport Stay
Pros:

This Wyndham is a great winter getaway, walking distance to everything. The 2 bedroom is huge with lots of space to hang out during the snowstorm, which was lovely to watch from our warm unit.

I liked the accommodations and the location.

Cons:

I was basically cornered by someone named Chris in the lobby when checking in. He was trying to get me to go to a seminar about a timeshare. I'm assuming it was for Wyndham resorts, but I told him that I was not interested. I was just there to spend a few nice relaxing days with my husband. He wouldn't relent about why I wouldn't want a free 7 day stay at the resort just for attending the seminar (I believe he was also asking for $60.00 to attend said seminar 🤔). He basically admonished me for paying what I did for our trip but did not want to take the seminar for a "free 7 day stay". I was finally able to leave the office/lobby so that we could get to our room. When I got to the car I had to explain to my husband what took so long and how annoyed I was with the interaction upon checking in. But the real kicker and what annoyed me even more was the fact that a few hours later, he actually called my phone to try the entire spiel on me again! While we were out and trying to enjoy our time! We did not go to Newport to get harassed by someone trying to sell me a timeshare! We just wanted a relaxing few days away and this guy Chris almost ruined it because he put me in a foul mood. Seriously, actually calling someone when they are out and about is just plain rude. I have been to the resort 5 or 6 times in the past, but now I'm second guessing if I want to book another trip because of what transpired. 😠

Great location and very comfortable accommodations - loved the two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Fantastic staff.

Great location, two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, nice kitchen and living areas. Nice indoor pool and the outdoor oool and BBQs must be great in the summer. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful.

Strong air freshener in the lobbies and hallways.
