Geweldig
Pros:

Het was heel schoon, personeel was vriendelijk, ontbijt heel uitgebreid, bij het zwembad altijd plek en werden echt van alle gemakken voorzien

Cons:

We were given a twin room. Despite messaging in September requesting a double by messaging the hotel. When approaching the staff to ask if we could have a double they were dismissive and said the hotel was full nothing could be done. Attitude was poor

Very disappointing and really poor value for money. It does not reflect well on Booking.com that you are promoting this

Cons:

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Poor cleanliness, breakfast was poor, general lack of interest from the staff in most areas and poor response times from them whenever issues were raised. It is clear that the management of the hotel and the staff is not good. I cannot understand how this hotel has been given a 5 Star rating. It really is nothing better than a poor 3 star hotel. We raised an online review and they immediately tried to bury it by responding to other, more positive reviews.

La piscine, l’emplacement proche de la Médina, la qualité de la literie, la propreté des chambres! La gentillesse des femmes de ménage…👏🏻
Le jeune homme a réception super simpa

Cons:

L’offre de soin spa massage! Le réceptionniste du spa pas Simpa et pas commerçant, retard de 45 mint sur le massage et on nous refuse l’accès à la piscine chauffée alors que l’on reste une semaine entière…dommage le petit geste commercial aurait dû être instinctif ( la piscine était pourtant vide)
Le service pool bar de la piscine est mal oragnisé! On a attendu une fois presque une heure nos burgers, la commande c’est perdue en route😅
Le réceptionniste un peu plus âgé à la réception pas de bonjour ni de merci ni d’au revoir.

petit déjeuné correct mais souvent blindé de monde surtout qu il faut à l extérieur systématiquement débarrasser la table pour pouvoir s installer;
Nous avions une chambre balcon (alors que nous avions réservé avec terrasse). Nous avions demandé au calme et je pense que nous avions une des chambres la plus bruyante juste au dessus de l entrée principale ou jusqu’à 3 heures du matin et à tours de rôle les groupes ( parfois 20 à 30 personnes) qui rentraient de fête prolongeaient leur soirée sur le parvis de l hôtel.,sans que les responsables présents dans le hall ne leur demande de respecter les chambres au dessus. La salle de bain fuyait et nous mettions des serviettes par terre tous les jours. La chambre était nettoyée partiellement. Le sol n a pas été lavé durant les 15 jours
Nous avons diné durant 2 semaines, presque tous les jours au resto italien ou les serveurs étaient très pro merci à eux.
Lors de notre départ le responsable de l accueil présent pour le check out (le 7 mai) n' a même pas répondu à notre "bonjour Monsieur" et notre "au revoir Monsieur" nous avons été surpris qu il ne nous demande pas si tout c'était bien passé.... C est la première fois que je vois ce comportement surtout dans un 5 étoiles, après avoir séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels dans le monde.
Bref c était notre 2 eme séjour au Kenzi, aucune comparaison avec le premier. c est dommage car nous venons souvent à Marrakech et pensions avoir trouvé l année passée notre hôtel idéal.

Colazione a buffet abbastanza variegata, nonostante la sala molto affollata e rumorosa

Cons:

Personale molto scortese che ha sistematicamente ignorato le mie richieste (sostituzione asciugacapelli, informazioni sulle attrazioni della città etc). Pulizia non ottimale.
