Tuvimos una experiencia espectacular en el spa del hotel, de principio a fin. Desde la llegada, Dounia en recepción nos recibió con una sonrisa y una atención súper cálida, haciendo que todo fluya perfecto.

Sana fue quien organizó nuestra experiencia y se aseguró de que todo estuviera impecable y cómodo en cada momento.

En cuanto a los tratamientos, fueron realmente increíbles. Los masajes de Fati y Fatija fueron de otro nivel: técnica, sensibilidad y una capacidad de relajarte por completo que pocas veces encontramos.

Además, el hammam con scrub realizado por Fatiha fue una experiencia única, muy profesional y auténtica, dejando la piel renovada y una sensación de bienestar total.

Todo el equipo transmite profesionalismo, calidez y dedicación. Sin dudas, uno de los mejores momentos de nuestra estadía. Lo recomendamos 100%.

Pros:

I stayed at Kenzi Rose Garden for the second time, about 10 years after my first visit. Back then, my impression was significantly better — the hotel felt fresher, the service more consistent, and the overall atmosphere more pleasant and well maintained.

This time, however, the experience was mixed. On the positive side, the grounds are still beautiful and green, the location is convenient, and the staff generally tries to be friendly and helpful. But overall quality has clearly declined. This is especially noticeable when it comes to dinner — the food is now much simpler and less interesting compared to what I remember from my first stay.

Another important point is that I stayed in two different buildings during this trip — two nights in one and three nights in another. The difference between them was quite significant. The buildings vary a lot in terms of renovation level, room size, and overall condition, which creates a very uneven experience.

Cons:

Overall, the hotel is still an acceptable option, but the price-to-quality ratio is no longer convincing. If possible, I would recommend paying a bit extra and choosing TUI Blue Medina Garden instead — it offers a noticeably higher level of cleanliness, more consistent service, and significantly better restaurant quality.

Un accueil et services au top !!!
Pros:

L’accueil est les service sont top !!! La propreté de l’établissement .La proximité avec les lieux souhaités et aussi le calme . Le jardin est très bien entretenu.Le petit déjeuner est très sympathique avec tout ce qu’il faut et surtout avec les mets et spécialités Marocaines. Le SPA est très propre et cosy , merci à l’équipe du SPA pour ce moment de détente .Les petites attentions à l’arrivée dans la chambre sont très agréables .

Spacious, clean and fresh room fitted out very well for storage and seating.

We enjoyed the hamman at the spa.Our Kenzi stay

A little bit of mayhem and noise at breakfast in the morning due to the high volume of guests.
Service at the pool bar slow.
It should be possible to get a glass of wine ( instead of a half bottle) Lunch was nearly eaten before the wine arrived.
