Pros:

The pool was exceptionally good, nice pool bar and food options. Really good location in an upmarket area of the city, 25 mins walk to main square. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Great spa facilities, can recommend the morroco massage. Good value when you compare to nearby hotels.

Cons:

Reaction with reception staff, made a comment about the a/c and they didn't send anyone to look at it.

Cons:

Zimmer wirken sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Alte Möbel und Türen. Sehr hellhörig, wir konnten die Schritte und zum Teil sogar Gespräche hören. Egal, ob im Zimmer oder im Gang draußen. Waren im 3. Stock des Gebäudes 4 und das WLAN war praktisch unbrauchbar. Am letzten Tag hatte ein Gast Blut auf der Wand geschmiert und im Lift auf dem Boden waren große Bluttröpfchen zu erkennen bis draußen.

Pros:

We wanted a hotel reasonably close to the Medina and with a heated pool. KRG was excellent in both respects. Thoroughly recommend.

Cons:

Breakfast was not the best. Uninspiring and not kept warm enough.

I liked almost everything in this hotel. The bed was really comfortable. The staffs are hard working. We enjoyed our stay.
