Hotel très sympa .
Pros:

Hôtel très beau. Très belle chambre avec belle salle de bain . Très grande douche. Bel espace extérieur jardin piscine . Emplacement sympa pour découvrir Marrakech accessible à a pied sans soucis.

Cons:

On entend les clients des chambres d a côté. Nous avions une chambre côté route et la nuit un peu bruyant avec les voitures qui passent. ..

Pros:

Les jardins, les activités des jeunes à l'écart, la piscine chauffée était agréable. le Yoga aussi.

Cons:

Le personnel de l'accueil pas très sympathique, pas de conseils, il nous manque 100 eur dans notre chambre. Le personnel du petit déjeuner pas très sympa, non plus, dire bonjour ce n'est pourtant pas difficile.

Pros:

Nice hotel, food was good and liked that there were multiple restaurants to choose from.

Cons:

The gym opens at 8/9 am which is really late for people who are staying there for business purposes. Impossible to take advantage of the facility.

Cons:

I booked a so called Premium Room, Balcony Garden View, I got a room but no balcony, I asked one as booked and paid, it was not available and they did not want to give a discount. No shower gel, asked for refill, all 4 days no refill... A bit worn out but it could be a good 3 stars hotel. Indoor pool need to be paid, spa services booking unreliable
