on nous a fait attendre trés longtemps avant de nous donner les clés des chambres (15h45) de l'après midi et aussi nous en fait payer 170.00 mad comme taxe

Une très belle expérience grâce à toute l'équipe et Meryem du service Relations Publiques

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3 jours en famille à l'Hotel Kenzi Rose Garden. Tout était Parfait : le service, les repas, la propreté et surtout l’accueil chaleureux de toute l’équipe.

Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Meryem du service Relations Publiques, qui a été exceptionnelle du début à la fin. Très gentille, professionnelle et toujours disponible, elle nous a énormément aidés et a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Son attention et sa bienveillance ont fait toute la différence.

Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et reviendrons avec plaisir.
