We stayed at last minute and they accommodated us when tui cancelled our flight for two days.

Air conditioning didn’t work well.
The gym wasn’t well stocked. Barbell s didn’t seem to have things to keep the disc on .
The weight machine had no instructions how to use it.

Would definitely stay at this hotel again for a good relaxing gateaway.
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I wanted a nice hotel with a good pool and spa to relax and my goal was perfectly achieved. What made the experience even better was the staff. The room cleaning and pool staff always had a smile on their faces. The room was spacious and the air condition worked perfectly well.

Cons:

My room was situated at an adjacent building, above the spa. The decoration felt dated and the corridor walls needed cleaning and maintenance. There where wooden panels stuck to the walls with tape. There was plenty of food for breakfast but the quality wasn't what I expected from a 5 star hotel, although the staff were always trying to replace empty serving plates. The pastries / cakes were dry and limited fruit selection. The restaurants and pool bar had a great selection if you wanted to stay and eat at the hotel.

Gostei de tudo! Fiquei bastante contente com a minha escolha. Na próxima vez, vou para o mesmo hotel. Festejei o meu aniversário no hotel e o staff foi super prestável. Aconselho vivamente.
