Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte avevamo una camera molto pulita e accogliente
Pros:

Era tutto molto pulito avevamo anche la televisione in camera e la colazione era veramente squisita

Cons:

C’è stato un piccolo malinteso con lenzuola e asciugamani ed anche con la chiave non funzionava più, ma si è risolto tutto

Hotel was of a pretty poor standard, even for a budget hotel .
Pros:

Modern building. Breakfast ok

Cons:

Rubbish left under the bed. Sink was partially blocked. No TV remote in room (replacement didn’t work).

Staff at the front desk were excellent! :)
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Thank you for the quality and the variety of food available. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

One of the two lifts was not operating. As a result, the other lift was very slow. We wound up using the stairs instead. Thankfully, we were only on the second floor.

Great value with comfort and breakfast.
Pros:

The room we were given (top floor) offered great views of Swindon. Although I lived in Swindon for a number of years it was quite a revelation seeing it from a high viewpoint.
The breakfast included exceeded our expectations as it was very good value for money.
Staff were attentive and helpful.
Used parking facility that was a minute away from hotel - a 24hour fee of £10 was reasonable.

Cons:

Entrance could have been signed posted better. Perhaps a banner defining the recessed entrance would make it more visible as the hotel also shares another hotel’s entrance.

Absolutely awful!
Pros:

Police raiding hotel rooms and making arrests, lobby full of people off their face on drugs, I was even told at one point I was mental to book this room as it’s where the crackheads live.

Cons:

Full of unsavoury people, loud all night, police back and forth making arrests, dirty carpets full of pet hairs among other things.
