Never again!!
Pros:

Absolute chaos..no cutlery, no plates or cups or glasses..has to wait half an hour to get a plate, was given wooden cutlery as they had no clean cutlery, tables were dirty, no-one cleaned..abaolute disgrace!!

Cons:

Need more staff, especially when you know the hotel is fully booked..staff were dismissove, lifts were taking so long, really bad exoerience!!

Le lit confortable, l'emplacement proche restaurant

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner, énormément de monde plus de couverts, machine a café en panne, que tu décaféiné soluble le jus d'orange n'est pas bon le personnel est complètement débordé, manquait plein de choses , l'ascenseur 1 ascenseur pour 6 étage obligé de prendre les escaliers du 4eme étage avec toutes nos valises...si vous êtes un peu pressé passez votre chemin.

Ehrlich gesagt wenig bzw der einzige Vorteil man ist gleich in der Nähe der Fussgängerzone

Das Personal mehr als überfordert - da ist aber nicht das Personal schuld, sondern das Management - hier wird wirklich deutlich sichtbar am Personal gespart - das Personal ist gestresst und ziemlich fertig - sie müssen fie Rezeption schupfen, die Bar bedienen und im Speisesaal abräumen und sauber machen - einfach unmenschlich diese Arbeitsbedingungen! Im Zimmer kann man das Fenster nicht öffnen und die Räume sind klein und eng

Der Aufzug eine reine Katastrophe - kam lange nicht bzw das Dr0cken ging schwer - man musste 10x drücken bis es einrastete - dann kam er endlich und es war überfüllt - teilweise bis 10 min gewartet - sehr mühsam

Waren schon in vielen Holiday Inn aber das war definitiv das schlechteste!
