Comfortable but noisy.
Pros:

The property was fairly new, so was in good condition. Everything worked well. The staff were very helpful. The food was really good both at breakfast and dinner time.

Cons:

Although the hotel was well situated for a lot of the main attractions, the proximity of two major roads right outside the front door and also at second floor level, provided a level of noise that was not acceptable. It was a constant presence throughout the night.
On a slightly less distressing note, the computerised piano in the orangery (dining room) was too intrusive and repetitive!!

Erstes Mal in Tokio-und dann so ein tolles Hotel!

Die Lage war ok,wir haben uns allerdings mit Taxi fortbewegt oder sind gelaufen.

Excellent hotel, big rooms and well located for all of Tokyo.
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and beautiful. All of the extras that you have mean you can pack light and really relax. The gym is small but good. The location was perfect for us, quiet but well connected with enough around for what you needed.

Cons:

Room service wasn't available and the bar although beautiful was quite quiet. Such a shame as the cocktails were delicious.

Great hotel situated perfectly to explore Tokyo
Pros:

Great staff, excellent location with the metro train outside the entrance with access to everywhere in Tokyo. Room was huge, free mini bar soft drinks were a lovely touch. Excellent cleaning daily. I couldn’t get the air con to work and they came up straight away to help me!

Cons:

Only tiny issue was the pillows were super soft and I prefer them firm.

Buon Soggiorno con Intoppi
Pros:

Staff estremamente accogliente: sorridente e disponibile per qualunque necessità, preparato e cordiale. L’albergo é moderno ed elegante con un bel rooftop (ottimo servizio del barman).

Cons:

La camera ha un layout un po’ particolare (lavandino del bagno nella stanza), ma quello si vede dalle foto. La vera problematica é il materasso estremamente duro e quindi scomodo e la temperatura in camera che abbiamo provato ad abbassare senza successo.

Pros:

I’ve stayed many times. Team is Fabulous! Room very large by Tokyo standards. Impeccably clean and convenient to Nagatacho and Akasaka Mitsuke metro which essentially means you can get everywhere from there in a few minutes walk. Imperial Palace Gardens nearby. HOCUS POCUS donuts 🍩 a must which are 2 minutes away !!!

Excellent place with great staff
Pros:

The location, it is away from the busy business areas. The room was large, well lit. Bed was great, firm and just the way I like it. The amenities in the room were good quality. It had everything one needs. The staff was extremely helpful. They went out of the way to find the right kind of restaurants to book for dinner, provided us information in English as and when needed.

Cons:

The room we had was a bit noisy in the night due to it being close to a road. So either providing ear plugs or double glazing that window would help.
