Le séjour a été fabuleux et nous a permis de profiter pleinement d’un moment de repos et de détente.
Pros:

La chambre était belle et le lit confortable. Le personnel de la réception et du restaurant était exceptionnel,rien à redire. Madame Saadia,la dame de ménage,était également très gentille et attentionnée. Le room service était impeccable et le petit-déjeuner,varié et délicieux.

Cons:

Le seul point à améliorer serait le menu du room service,qui était un peu trop limité. Un choix plus varié serait apprécié.

Pros:

Хорошее расположение, недалеко (15 мин пешком) Главная Мечеть и набережная, порт и жд вокзал.
Номер удобный (у нас был двухэтажный). Номер чистый, в целом замечаний нет.

Cons:

Столкнулись с мошенничеством со стороны сотрудников отеля.
При бронировании, как обычно, привязали карту, однако по условиям бронирования платит надо было на месте.
Мы приехали утром, 19 августа, заплатили наличными за 2 ночи плюс за ранний заезд (около 3800 марокканских дирхам).
На следующий день с было списано 277 евро (цена 2 ночей). Сотрудница на ресепшене сначала уверяла нас, что мы накануне за проживание не платили. Мол, заплатили только за ранний заезд и завтрак (явная ложь, кто бы нас заселил без оплаты).
Потом все же признала, что коллега ее взял всю сумму наличными. И обещала, что деньги будут возвращены на карту, даже дала чек! В итоге за 5 рабочих дней деньги так и не возвращены. То есть отель получил двойную стоимость.

Pros:

La chambre etait nickel, spacieux,propre et vraiment les enfants ont aimès.

Cons:

Le petit dejeuner ètait catastrophique pour un hotel de 4 ètoiles, pas de jus d'orange qui est coupè avec de l'eau, pas de fruits( nous sommes au Maroc), le petit dejeuner n'ètait pas variè.
C'est un hotel que je frèquentes et que je recommandais,mais la...je reste à mon faim,dèsolèe.

Genoten van ons hotel en de stad
Pros:

Locatie midden in de stad; mooi uitzicht op de grote moskee. Personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt erg uitgebreid

"Séjour très mitigé. Nous avions réservé et payé notre séjour via Booking avec un tarif confirmé. Pourtant, avant notre arrivée, l'hôtel nous a demandé un supplément en parlant d'une erreur de tarif. Une fois sur place, on nous a également annoncé que le petit-déjeuner n'était pas inclus, alors qu'il figurait bien sur notre réservation. Nous avons finalement dû y renoncer. Bien sûr, nous avons réglé la taxe de séjour, ce qui est normal. En revanche, le personnel mérite d'être félicité. Tous les employés ont été très professionnels, accueillants et souriants. Une mention particulière au voitourier et au personnel à l'entrée, qui ont été d'une grande gentillesse tout au long de notre séjour. La vue depuis notre chambre était magnifique, avec une superbe vue sur la mer et sur la mosquée Hassan II. C'est sans aucun doute l'un des points forts de l'hôtel. Malheureusement, la propreté ne correspond pas du tout au standing d'un 4 étoiles. La salle de bain était mal entretenue, avec des moisissures autour de la douche et un lavabo qui ne semblait pas propre. La literie ne donnait pas une impression de fraîcheur et de propreté. J'ai même préféré poser ma propre serviette sur l'oreiller pour dormir, tant je n'avais pas confiance dans l'état du linge de lit. C'est un point qui mérite une réelle amélioration. Enfin, la chambre était équipée d'une cafetière et de tasses, mais aucun café, thé ou autre boisson n'était mis à disposition, ce qui est surprenant pour cet établissement. C'est dommage, car entre la qualité du personnel et la vue exceptionnelle, l'hôtel a de réels atouts. Avec une meilleure gestion des réservations et un réel effort sur la propreté, l'expérience serait bien plus satisfaisante."
