From the reception to the buffet, everything was excellent. The staff welcomed us warmly and made the whole experience smooth. A special thanks to Abid, the buffet attendant, who guided us with kindness and professionalism—his support really stood out. I also want to thank the gentleman at the door who helped us with parking; he was polite and attentive, and he made our arrival easy. I also want to thank the hospitable cleaning lady who welcomed us with fresh fruit, making our stay truly memorable. Altogether, the entire team provided wonderful service that made our stay truly enjoyable.

There was heating to help with the cold. The staff were amazing, Sadiya (cleaner), Adil (chef), and Isham were especially helpful. The location was central and the breakfast was pretty good.

Sanitaires mal disposés surtout entre bidet et wc
Tapis de douche inéxistant
Eau chaude très longue à venir
au petit déjeuner : omelette réchauffé, petite brioche très dure, portion de fromage en lamelle etc..
Bon emplacement mais difficultés à se garer près de l'hôtel
