Pros:

J'ai été surclassée en chambre avec vue sur la mosquée Hassan II au 7eme étage. Et quelle vue !!
La chambre était grande et bien aménagée avec de nombreux placards et un grand bureau. Literie très confortable et salle de bain pratique.
Le petit déjeuner est très varié et copieux, avec des produits européens et marocains. Juste dommage que le nom des plats ne soit pas indiqué, ça m'aurait évité de découvrir que le jus de raisin était en fait du jus de betterave ! 😅
Personnel adorable qui se soucie du bien être des clients. Merci à Hamza et Karima et à tous les portiers qui me saluaient toujours quand je rentrais, partais ou même seulement passais devant l'hôtel.
L'emplacement est idéal, à 15 minutes à pied de la gare Casa-Port, entre la vieille médina et la place Mohamed V. Beaucoup de transports (tramway, bus dont celui de l'aéroport) à 2 ou 3 minutes à pied.

Cons:

La télé et le coffre fort n'étaient pas opérationnels.

Ramadan maakt het niet makkelijk; groepen bestormen voor 7h het buffet terwijl anderen pas na 7h mogen komen en een beperkt assortiment aantreffen

Cons:

communicatie, niet zozeer tgv talenkennis, dan wel globaal administratief bv booking.com debiteerde onze rekening al en men wilde ons laten betalen; omzetting van lokale munt naar euro gebeurde voor bv toeristenbelasting zeer snel maar aan een woekerprijs

I do not recommend this hotel at all
Pros:

We booked three rooms for our family, and unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. The rooms were dirty, smelled musty, and felt poorly maintained. On one occasion, believe it or not we were given a key to a room only to find another family resting in bed when we opened the door and when we told the staff they were so cool and ignorant about it.
The breakfast area is large, but the service and organization were chaotic and nothing looks clean.
I waited at the front desk for clean towels for 15 minutes, and two staff members did not acknowledge us at all. When one staff member finally got off the phone, he walked away without asking how he could help.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. The service, cleanliness, and management fell far below expectations.

Excellent
Pros:

We had a great family room that was organised over two floors. Comfortable beds! Amazing view on the mosque. Perfect central location. Very kind personnel, especially Abid, the waiter of the restaurant. He was friendly, helpful and very professional. It’s an excellent hotel for a couple of days in Casablanca.

From the reception to the buffet, everything was excellent. The staff welcomed us warmly and made the whole experience smooth. A special thanks to Abid, the buffet attendant, who guided us with kindness and professionalism—his support really stood out. I also want to thank the gentleman at the door who helped us with parking; he was polite and attentive, and he made our arrival easy. I also want to thank the hospitable cleaning lady who welcomed us with fresh fruit, making our stay truly memorable. Altogether, the entire team provided wonderful service that made our stay truly enjoyable.
