Rezeptionsdame hat überteuerten Taxi für mich bestellt. Bei der Rückehr war ihr Kollege da und da habe ich den Taxi für halben Preis bekommen.

Posizione vicina alla medina, alla chiesa del Sacro Cuore e a mezz'ora a piedi dalla moschea Hassan II. Dispone di un comodo parcheggio gratuito e sorvegliato proprio di fronte alla struttura. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Camera ampia con buone tende oscuranti e doccia chiusa. Check in veloce.

The staff was friendly and nice.

Cons:

The hotel is very run down and my room had mildew/mold growing on the walls. I informed the staff and showed them my photos. They only took photos of my photos. I went outside the hotel and asked the staff if the constant water dripping down the exterior facade of the hotel could be pipes leaking and causing the mildew/mold growing on the interior of my room. They said no, that they thought the dripping water was from staff cleaning balconies, but the water dripping was constantly present, even late at night so their explanation did not make sense to me. I noticed in our second of two rooms we booked the wall had been painted recently so I wonder if the hotel just continues to cover up the mildew/mold growing on the walls.

Pros:

L’emplacement est un point positif : proche du tramway, du centre-ville et du souk, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer et visiter.

Cons:

Nous avons dû changer de chambre à l’arrivée en raison d’un problème de propreté : le ménage n’avait clairement pas été fait correctement (cheveux, traces dans la douche, serviettes sales), une hygiène inacceptable.

Petit déjeuner décevant : pas de tables, buffet vide (pas d’œufs, pas de croissants), produits congelés, présence de mouches, sol et tables sales. Vu le prix, ce n’est pas normal.

Schöner Aufenthalt gute Lage zur Medina (.5 min zu Fuss)
Pros:

Ich hatte am Tag der Anreise Geburtstag.
Ich bekam eines der besten Zimmer mit einer schönen Aussicht zur Moschee und dem Hafen.
Ca 30 Minuten nach dem Zimmerbezug klopfte es an der Tür, als ich diese überrascht öffnete, Stand geschätzt das halbe Personal inkl. Chefs mit einem Servier-Wagen vor der Tür mit Torte, Kerzen, Drinks Wasser alles was man sich nur wünschen kann. Alle haben von Herzen gesungen. Was mich sehr berührt hat!

A true luxury
Pros:

It was a wonderful experience!
The service is neat , all the rooms are clean and the dining lounge is quite nice. The staff are also very friendly and cheerful, especially the security guard Abd el Aziz.
All in all, the hotel deserves a high rating and I'm definitely going back next time.
