Great Place and location.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Room ok by European sizes

Cons:

Bar on the 7th floor. So crowded on wknds with outsiders. The line for an elevator was long. Had to climb stairs to avoid.

Pros:

Clean and quiet in the room. Nice rooftop pool and bar.

Cons:

As a vegan there were no specific options for breakfast. No soya yoghurt, no non dairy spread, etc. Just fruit and cereal which is not great value.

Pros:

Ho soggiornato all’Axel Hotel di Barcellona e, nel complesso, l’esperienza è stata piacevole. La posizione è senza dubbio uno dei suoi maggiori punti di forza: centrale, ben collegata e ideale per visitare la città. Gli ambienti sono moderni, curati e l’atmosfera è accogliente.

Proprio perché si tratta di una struttura di questo livello, mi sarei aspettato una maggiore attenzione verso alcuni servizi. Ho trovato poco comprensibile che l’accesso gratuito alla sauna sia consentito una sola volta durante l’intero soggiorno. Considerando il costo non trascurabile delle camere, sarebbe molto più apprezzabile offrire almeno un’ora di accesso gratuito ogni giorno agli ospiti.

Un altro aspetto che ritengo debba essere rivisto riguarda i prezzi del minibar. Capisco che in hotel i costi possano essere superiori rispetto all’esterno, ma far pagare circa 4 euro per una piccola bottiglia d’acqua mi è sembrato eccessivo e poco in linea con un’idea di ospitalità attenta al cliente. Sarebbe un gesto molto apprezzato prevedere almeno una bottiglia d’acqua inclusa ogni giorno oppure applicare tariffe più equilibrate.

Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato positivo e ho apprezzato diversi aspetti della struttura. Proprio per questo motivo credo che intervenire su questi dettagli possa fare la differenza, trasformando un buon soggiorno in un’esperienza davvero eccellente. Mi auguro che queste osservazioni vengano accolte come suggerimenti costruttivi, perché l’hotel ha tutte le potenzialità per offrire un servizio ancora più all’altezza delle aspettative.

Nice hotel but if you’re conservative do not stay there
Pros:

Location nice area of town right off major streets and easy access to metro and popular areas Larambla etc.

Cons:

Rude desk help checking out tried to get me to pay twice for hotel taxes.
Very gay oriented. When you go to the pool area on the roof if your not gay they make you feel uncomfortable
