Service catastrophique (réceptionniste refusant de rendre service, besoin d'appeler 3 fois pour avoir du shampoing, accès au restaurant pour travailler impossible donc forcé de travailler dans de mauvaises conditions dans de la musique)

Posizione, gentilezza staff, pulizia e cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani, la presenza del bar con terrazza nell' hotel stesso.
Assenza di armadio per riporre gli indumenti, poche prese per ricaricare telefoni e accessori in camera, assenza di insonorizzazione dai rumori del corridoio e stanze limitrofe.
La localisation
L’accueil assez froid, personnel assez hautain, heureusement qu’à la fin un autre monsieur a fait mon Check out qui lui était gentil.
Très mal isolé ! je n’ai pas dormi de la nuit car mes voisins avait des ébauches sexuel !
Je ne recommande pas cet établissement pour ceux qui veulent un hôtel central !

Location was excellent, was generally clean, the bed is firm which is a positive for us, curtains are almost black out so also perfect.
General maintenance is a bit lacking, the rooms are a bit worn, for the price would have expected breakfast to be included.
Le personnel est accueillant et l'emplacement très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est remarquable.
Les équipements décrits ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel relativement cher pour ses installations (particulièrement le SPA et la piscine intérieure) et avons appris à l'arrivée qu'ils étaient inaccessibles pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. Et pas un geste pour nous dédommager... Cette situation ne durant pas que quelques jours, il n'est pas honnête de la cacher aux futurs clients.
