Great stay
Pros:

The room was very spacious. Thre staff were very warm and friendly. Lovely atmosphere in hotel.

Comfortable stay with minor inconveniences
Pros:

Ample parking, spotless room with very nice bathroom. Comfortable bed, great nights sleep. Housekeeping were brilliant. Bathtub was very luxurious. Staff did facilitate early check-in for 3pm.

Cons:

Stopper was almost impossible to remove from bathtub. Had to leave water in bath overnight. Reception was notified that it was stuck but nobody came to help until housekeeping the next morning. 4pm check-in feels very late, though my request for early check-in was facilitated for 3pm, this feels standard rather than early. Arrived back to my room at 11pm on the second night only to discover that the hotel had changed the locks while I was out for the day and not notified guests. This was inconvenient and felt a bit unprofessional.

Very good place to stay all was very satisfactory
Pros:

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom had an impressive bathtub as well as a separate shower

Cons:

The only problem is during the summer months as there’s no air conditioning and the rooms can get very hot

Cons:

The hotel is in the middle of a residential development. Not much to do and very basic reception area nowhere nice to sit and relax. Was very disappointed had to move room as the first room had only 2 beds for a family of four we had booked a larger room for four eventually we got moved to larger room.

Pros:

Room was very clean. The bath was absolutely lovely and the big bonus. Staff in restaurant was exceptional and super helpful

Cons:

Breakfast was very poor selection. Trays wasn't refill with missing items.
Would suggest to change pillows in room as they were very flat.
