Fantastic hotel, room just got a bit too warm.
Pros:

Very good location for where we needed to go, very convenient underground car park, nice big bed, lovely bathroom and good breakfast. Staff were very friendly and the room service came promptly.

Cons:

There is only one thing i can fault the hotel on and that’s just that the room got uncomfortably warm at night time, however there is a fan that comes with the room and the windows open which made it somewhat better, but air conditioning would be a game changer.

Good clean hotel, very friendly staff and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean throughout hotel. There were fruit options for breakfast which is great - even more options would be even better! 😉 Location was perfect for our needs.

Cons:

Nothing to report really, not sure why there rooms have the shower controls outside the shower unit. You have to open the doors and reach out to adjust temperature etc. Small thing; doesn’t make sense.

Amazing.
Pros:

We booked 2 twin family rooms and we had more than enough space for a group of 8 of us. The kids loved it. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Relaxing trip
Pros:

What a lovely stay, front of house Sara was so friendly and professional. Our room was so spacious and spotlessly clean.
Staff in bar provided us with ice bucket and Jimmy insisted on helping us carry it to our room. Breakfast was plentiful and plenty of options. Pauline and Moira are like a breath of fresh air, every hotel needs a Pauline on breakfast service.
Looking forward to returning Kathryn, took time out of her busy scheduled to show us room options for when we return.

Mini getaway
Pros:

What an amazing hotel, the staff are so welcoming and friendly.. Sara on reception made our check in seamless.. I was away for a little mini break with my pal we just wanted to check out for a night and we got exactly that very relaxed atmosphere.. breakfast was to die for, so fresh.. Pauline and Moira were very efficient and it felt like coming home to mammy's for breakfast.. the hotel manager Katherine was very informative and perfect for front of house.. Jimmy in the lounge was also very helpful along with all the staff.. I would highly rate this hotel for whatever kind of break you're looking for.. 5 🌟

Pros:

Location - quick walk into main thoroughfare.
Parking - lots of availability
Bathroom - nice shower and bath

Cons:

No a/c - the room and entire hotel was overheated and muggy. Old standing fan in the room did not suffice and there's no way to open windows even a small amount for air circulation.

Breakfast - disorganised staff, everyone doing all jobs leading to delays and no clear direction, no coffee machines, staff may need bias training. Needs better vegan options (fruit and dry toast)

Bar was closed for the night (a Friday) and this wasn't disclosed until check-in. Hotel lobby staff confused about taking orders in lobby.

Resteraunt has very poor vegetarian and no vegan options.

Not worth the cost, not 4 star quality.
