Location good. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was nice. 1st room we got wasnt the best if honest so I looked to swap and the staff were so efficient and a swap was not an issue
Location of 1st room, ground floor. Door felt unsafe and was located into the outside road side, and garden gate was not safe. It felt very unsafe.
Staff were very welcoming and very accommodating as we were travelling with our daughter assistance dog. Gave us a bigger room which was very helpful.

The Spa and the treatments
Not enough food selection.
Finding the pool area was confusing, ended up not getting to use the facilities.
Not much no availability to sit amd have dinner we had to go outside of the hotel during a storm to find a place to eat
A lot everything was outdated amd it was a long walk to get to the facilities

The staff were friendly
The food. I ordered the Asian noodle prawn and chicken main. Have to say it was disappointing- 6 prawns n 6 bits of chicken, so many noodles that I couldn’t finish the meal.
The rooms were a bit dated, the art on the wall was like something my grandchild had done! Didn’t like the ikea beside lamps that were broken. Just attention to detail wasn’t in the rooms - felt more like a bad premier inn.
The hotel itself and staff were absolutely amazing, every member of staff at any of the amenities were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout my stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean.
The shower leaked out into the bathroom. Shower door was broken when we arrived. The fan in the bathroom stopped working during our stay. We reported the leak/door/fan , the leak and door were fixed the same day the fan was not. The curtains were coming off and were difficult to move.
Our room 106 was above the bar and was extremely noisy, this carried on until 12:30 and was so loud we couldn’t drown out the noise even with our tv on louder and the fan provided in the room on. We were not made aware that Saturday night is a karaoke night or we would’ve requested a quiet room. My daughter has autism and found the music very overwhelming. Some kind of sound proffing for these rooms would have been very beneficial.

Penthouse suite was dated, no fridge in the room. The balcony was filthy, bird excrement everywhere. Very disappointing
Nicely laid out. Bad design in areas such as the toilet roll holder facing the wrong way and the shower temp gauges outside the shower not inside.
Pool was cold and area felt shabby.
Was Clean although a bad smell around parts of it.
