Cons:

Ontevreden over klantvriendelijkheid. Meer dan een half jaar van te voren op deze datum een overnachting geboekt. De zakelijke afspraak waarvoor de overnachting bedoelt was werd onverwacht verzet. Toen ik (nog altijd een half jaar van te voren) contact op nam om de datum te verzetten kreeg ik alleen te horen dat ik zelf akkoord ben gegaan met het niet kunnen annuleren van de boeking. Er was ook geen mogelijkheid tot verzetten, ook niet tegen een extra bedrag. Ik heb hier overheen gelezen, mijn fout, maar nog altijd zeer klantonvriendelijk.
