Koffiezetapparaat kapot. Gebeld met receptie via eigen telefoon omdat huis telefoon kapot was. Na een uur nog niemand. Toen maar naar beneden gelopen naar de receptie. Hij was het vergeten. Vervelend. We hadden een drukke dag achter de rug en wilden koffie en naar bed ...
Tijdens het slapen hadden we last van een roemoerige ventilator die het geluid maakte van een betonmolen.
Dit alles gemeld aan de receptie en gevraagd om een tegenprestatie maar die kon zij niet geven. Slechte service vind ik..

Pros:

The hotel met my expectactions.
The service was very friendly.
I liked that I could watch TV in English.
The food and bar service was very good.

Cons:

The location was close to the train and where I needed to go but
unfortunately the roadwork is still ongoing (almost 2 years now) but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Excellent hotel, very comfortable rooms with friendly staff and a good breakfast
Pros:

Room was very spacious and lots of windows for natural light. The bathroom was so good, as it was large and had an excellent walk in shower. Bed was super comfy and it was a really quiet hotel. Staff members very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a very good range.

Cons:

Only negative is that the location is a good 25 minutes walk to the centre and also near some main/busy roads. That said, it served its purpose for me excellently as I was doing Goffert parkrun the following morning, which for any parkrunners out there, is a gentle and easy 20 minute walk to the start line, so would recommend for that purpose :)
