De kamer maakte de ervaring goed.

De kamer - zeer ruim en schoon

Het onthaal en de check-in. Onbeschoft personeel, het duurde een eeuwigheid voor we ingecheckt waren.

Cons:

There was a fire alarm at 5.45 in the morning, the hotel was evacuated. Sadly the staff was not able to fix the alarm for an hour so it was going off all the time.

Great and comfortable stay
Pros:

It was more spacious than i expected and very comfortable. It was walking distance to the supermarket and some other shops and the bus stop to the train station was also nearby. It was easy to connect your phone to the tv and have youtube played.

Cons:

There was no kettle to boil hot water in.

Pros:

Het bed lag heerlijk

Cons:

Personeel niet echt klantvriendelijk. Daarnaast ging het brandalarm om 10 voor 6 in de ochtend af. Hierop gingen alle gasten naar buiten maar was er geen personeel te zien geen communicatie. Hierdoor geen veilig gevoel werd niet gecheckt of iedereen buiten was. Bleek na ruim een half uur vals alarm te zijn echter heeft het in totaal wel ruim een uur geduurd voordat het echt stopte met loeien.

Ruime comfortabele kamer, maar schoonmaak kon iets beter
Pros:

De kamer was ruim en comfortabel. Het bed lag echt super lekker en voelde schoon en hygiënisch aan. Ook was ik heel blij met het koelkastje zodat we gekoelde boodschappen konden bewaren. Verder waren de tv, het koffiezetapparaat, het bureau met stoel en de grote stoel in de hoek erg fijn. De douche was ruim, de badkamerverlichting prettig en het raam kon open voor frisse lucht. Ook kon je de temperatuur in de kamer makkelijk aanpassen. Toen we één van de keycards kwijt waren (volgende ochtend teruggevonden) kregen we zonder problemen direct een nieuwe, wat ik erg netjes vond.

Cons:

Bij aankomst rond 16:00, doordat we door file later waren dan gepland, was er nog iemand bezig met schoonmaken. Wij hadden vooraf duidelijk aangegeven dat we tussen 14:00 en 15:00 zouden arriveren, maar de schoonmaakster vertelde dat dit niet aan haar was doorgegeven door het personeel/de planning. Daardoor duurde het langer voordat de kamer klaar was. Ook vonden we dat de vloer niet goed schoon was, er lagen stofkluwen, haren in hoekjes en lege tissueverpakkingen naast het bed. Daarnaast lagen er geen handdoeken klaar in de kamer bij aankomst. Een deel van het personeel kwam ook niet erg vriendelijk over. Verder vond ik het jammer dat er geen slot op de badkamerdeur zat, al zal daar waarschijnlijk een reden voor zijn.
