Rent og fint rom, god dusj, stille rom, god frokost.

Cons:

Kunne gjerne vært mer og større hygieneprodukter på badet. Litt bråkete og dårlig akustikk nede i restauranten/frokosten.

Cons:

De slechtste service ontvangen vanuit de combinatie van het hotel met het hoofdkantoor die ik ooit heb gehad. Bij het hotel werd na verlies van onze kamersleutel pasje hebben werden we in eerste instantie niet het hotel binnen gelaten. Geen enkele check op identeit, enkel het bericht dat we dan niet binnen komen in het hotel die we geboekt en betaald hadden.
Vervolgens lukt het me niet een factuur te verkrijgen. Ik heb inmiddels zeker 10-15 telefootjes en 10-15 e-mails gestuurd maar ik heb nog steeds niets ontvangen. Zelfs niet na het uitleggen van de urgentie van een factuur (die normaal standaard zou moeten zijn bij het uitchecken).

Большая кровать, смарт TV, просторный номер, вежливый персонал

Cons:

На завтраки дают всего 2 часа, с 7:00-9:00, была огромная паутина на окнах, нет инструкции к использованию экспресса для кофе

The hotel is not exactly in the city centre, but fairly well connected by the bus or one could walk. Breakfast was great and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Prijs was ivm een festival absurd hoog, zeker in combinatie met het servicelevel.
Geen fietsverhuur mogelijk, dat heb ik bij alle hotels waar ik heb gezeten nog niet meegemaakt. Ook niet meedenken. Voor 10 uur was er al geen ontbijt of koffie mogelijkheden. Ook daarin geen gastvrijheid te bekennen.
Ik denk overigens niet dat het onaardig personeel is maar dat dit het beleid is van deze keten.

Wel de prijzen opdrijven (wat overigens meer hotels doen als het zo uitkomt) maar dit 3x over de kop laten gaan vind ik wat van, maar je gasten tegemoet komen of net dat extra stapje zetten is er niet bij.
