Gostei dos funcionários e da decoração do hotel, não era mau mas não era fantástico.

Cons:

A estrada estava toda em obras, o que dificultava o acesso de carro ao estacionamento do hotel. Na segunda-feira não havia pequeno-almoço tipo buffet, tive de escolher o que queria comer e depois faziam na hora o que demorou imenso tempo...

Te kleine badkamer / toilet. Je moest je in alle bochten wringen om er in en uit te komen. Gordijnen hingen los aan de rails. Tweede dag was er niet voldoende personeel en kregen we een opgewarmd ontbijt, brood kwam uit de diepvries en was taai en hard, geen buffet, omelet was lauw / koud. Al met al beneden peil

Locatie prima, kamer met veel gebreken voor die prijs.

De locatie was goed.

Cons:

Kraan kapot, lichtschakelaar boven het bed werkte niet, de douche erg klein en de wasbak veel te smal. Tandenpoetsen was een uitdaging. Ook de bedden waren erg zacht. Mijn kleindochter had ‘s morgens pijn in haar nek en ik in m’n rug. Bedden waren ook erg laag. Met pijnlijke knieën ook een probleem.

Pros:

Petit hôtel très sympathique. Le centre ville de Leiden est très facilement accessible en bus.

Cons:

Pour le premier petit déjeuner nous avons dû cocher une liste pour faire nos choix et nous n'avons pas eu tout ce que nous voulions. Le deuxième, c'était un buffet donc parfait.

Fietsenstalling was er niet, dus fietsen stond buiten en iedereen kon door het hekje op de parkeerplaats plaats

Prima voor een zakelijke overnachting
Pros:

Hartelijke ontvangst door personeel! Afgesloten parkeerplaats. Prima, ruimte kamer, goed bed en prima kussen. Badkamer was voldoende maar klein. Koffie op de kamer aanwezig. Dinermogelijkheden en goed ontbijt.
