Tiny bathroom, dearth of appliances and few rude staffers
Pros:

Tiny bathroom, no microwave in room. You would depend on hotel staff to warm your meal (any pre cooked stuff of your taste). Some hotel staff is very kind and offer you to sit in dining area, as it is inconvenient to take heated food from ground floor to your room in first floor. Some staff was very rude/ racist, asking you to go to your room in midst of having meal. She was very dismissive while doing this. Hotel should clearly state thier policy and not leave outcome to whims of staff. Besides they should arrange for at least a common microwave for each floor.

Dame bij receptie die niks wist en die lang op zich liet wachten. Natte handdoeken op de kamer. Heel klein badkamertje. Erg gehorig door de tussendeuren op de gang.

Konden al vroeg de kamer betrekken; kamer was op de begane grond; Airco werkt goed; Ruime gratis parkeerplaats achter hek; gunstige ligging nabij de snelweg A44 en toch ook dicht bij zee.

Cons:

Sanitaire ruimte was piepklein; deuren van de douchecabine sloten niet goed, wc-bril zat los; verlichting badkamer lastig te vinden en te bedienen. Info over ontbijttijden bleken wel in het weekeinde, maar opeens niet meer op maandag te kloppen. Bedden waren erg laag en de matrassen waren voor ons te zacht cq slap.

Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for just one night and were extremely satisfied:
​Check-in/Check-out speed: Process took just a few minutes, which was a huge plus after a long trip when you just want to rest.
​Sleep quality: The room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the linens were spotless. We slept great!
​Amenities: The room had everything needed to freshen up and get ready to hit the road again (hot shower with great water pressure, hairdryer, tea/coffee facilities).
​If you are looking for a cozy and comfortable place to recharge for the night, this is a great choice. We will definitely be back!

The room was pretty clean, although the bed was uncomfortable.

Cons:

At checkout, a mistake was made with a purchase I had made that was charged to my room even though I had paid for it in cash. Instead of saying “oh let’s try to figure this out, our apologies”, I was immediately treated like a criminal, and I had to send an extract of my bank account for said purchase. I usually avoid writing negative reviews - but that experience shook me. Very rude treatment…

Pros:

Drankautomaat in de lobby werkte niet, maar wel een gratis cola gekregen aan de bar

Cons:

Te zachte matras, met rugpijn als gevolg. Tweede dag ontbijt beneden alle peil. Om 8u15 waren de eitjes al op, werden niet meer bijgevuld. Niet genoeg brood, pistolets en ontbijtkoeken, mensen die binnen kwamen na 8u15 moesten bijna half uur wachten om iets te kunnen eten. Spinnenwebben in de badkamer, op handdoeken nog vlekken die wellicht niet meer uitgaan met wassen, maar dan moet je die niet meer in de gastenkamers leggen
