Prima verblijf, goed geslapen
Pros:

Goed bed, mooie TV, schoon. Badkamer gerenoveerd. Ondanks kamer aan de kant van spoor buiten hoor je dit niet.

Cons:

Dame aan de telefoon op de dag van reservering was helemaal niet klant vriendelijk. Hotel is wat gedateerd.

De koelkast op de kamer en de smarttv

De receptioniste bij het inchecken toen ze zeiden dat mijn kamer op de 1e verdieping was en ik verwees naar mijn bericht die ik via jullie verzonden had met de vraag of ik op het gelijkvloers een kamer kon krijgen aan de rustige kant omdzt ik vorige keer niet kon slapen door de voorbijrazende treinen omdat ik mindervalide ben en geen trappen kan doen. Ging ze in het Engels best onbeleefd zeggen dat ik maar via de website van het hotel had moeten boeken want ze dan het bericht zouden gelezen hebben. Dus al wie via booking boekt hun berichten lezen ze niet eens. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik toch een kamer op het gelijkvloers, aan de kant van het station, echt bijna de laatste van de gang.
