Pros:

Room is good size and always clean. Although on the 2nd last night our room was not serviced meaning we came back late at night after being out all day to a bed not made and towels not replaced. Apart from that the staff are all very helpful.

Het zachte bed en de rust ondanks de locatie.

Cons:

Kleine ramen en voelt wat benepen, zelfs op de luxe kamer
Ondanks rookverbod, ruiken de gangen soms naar rook. Had een probleem met rookgedrag van de buur bij openzetten van het raam. De verantwoordelijke heeft wel meteen gereageerd toen ik dat zei.

Personeel top maar rook verziekte verblijf beetje.

Personeel en snelheid van inchecken.

Cons:

Rookgeur in de kamer. Er was duidelijk in de badkamer gerookt. Personeel heeft voor lunchpakketje gezorgd en dat was aardig en zelf kwam ik te laat aan en te vroeg op om te wachten op dat ze nog allemaal kamers af moesten gaan of daar een alternatief was. Dus uiteindelijk maar gezegd laat maar maar de rook was heel akelig en brandde in mijn keel.

Werkelijk excellente en super vriendelijke hulp van de meneer aan de balie. Die heeft mijn man meermaals geholpen met omhoog tillen van de kinderwagen etc, gekletst met onze dochter van 2 en gewoon heel vriendelijk geholpen met alles

Podia ter sido perfeito, só que não.

O pequeno-almoço é bastante agradável e o staff 5 estrelas.

Cons:

O quarto não estava limpo à minha chegada, cheio de pó, lixo no chão e até teia de aranhas tem no teto. No wc, a sanita estava suja e cheirava bastante a esgoto. Reportei esta situação e o que fizeram foi colocar liquido na sanita. Após os 5 dias, o quarto ficou com estava à minha chegada. Com o mesmo lixo no chão, o mesmo pó e com as teias de aranha no teto.

Ik dacht dat er Nederlands werd gesproken in Nederland. Mooi mis dus blijkbaar. Ze kunnen daar alleen Engels. We leven in Nederland!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ik zat daar als gast alleen toch mij proberen het dubbele te laten betalen voor een ontbijt dat zo ie zo al te duur is voor wat je krijgt. Om dan nog maar te zwijgen over het feit dat je je koffie moet extra betalen. 3,50 maar liefst. Nooit zet ik daar nog een voet binnen
