Eigentlich ein gutes Hotel nur diesmal hatte ich einfach Pech mit dem Zimmer...
Pros:

Ich bin regelmäßig in diesem Hotel und schätze vor allem die gute Lage sowie die Parkmöglichkeiten – das Auto lässt sich immer problemlos abstellen. Auch das Personal ist stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders das Frühstück ist positiv hervorzuheben: Es gibt eine gute Auswahl, und Spiegeleier sowie Omelettes werden frisch und individuell zubereitet. Insgesamt ist alles da, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht.

Cons:

Was mir jedoch diesmal negativ aufgefallen ist – und was mich ehrlich gesagt sehr enttäuscht hat – war die Sauberkeit im Zimmer.
Das Zimmer war sichtbar verstaubt und schmutzig. Besonders schockierend war der Fund einer leeren Bierflasche unter dem Bett, offenbar von einem vorherigen Gast, sowie Krümel und Reste von Chips und Keksen. Dies deutet darauf hin, dass dort nicht gründlich gesaugt wurde. Auch unter anderen Möbeln, die sich leicht verschieben ließen, fanden sich große Staubansammlungen. Hinter dem Kühlschrank war ebenfalls deutlich erkennbar, dass dort seit längerer Zeit nicht gereinigt wurde.

Ich habe versucht, dies der Reinigungskraft mitzuteilen, aber sie war stark mit einem anderen Zimmer beschäftigt. Ich habe das Problem anschließend dem Personal gemeldet und hoffe, dass es ernst genommen wird und zukünftig auf eine gründlichere Zimmerreinigung geachtet wird.

Ein weiterer Punkt betrifft die Raucherproblematik: Mein Zimmer befand sich auf der Rückseite des Hotels in der Nähe eines Ausgangs, der ständig offen stand. Viele Gäste nutzten diesen Bereich zum Rauchen, was dazu führte, dass der Boden dort stark mit Zigarettenstummeln verschmutzt war. Ein Aschenbecher oder Mülleimer wäre hier dringend nötig. Aufgrund der offenen Tür zog der Zigarettenrauch bis in den Flur, was den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigte. Bei früheren Aufenthalten hatte ich ein Zimmer in der Mitte des Hotels, dort war der Geruch kein Problem.

Zwar liegt die Verantwortung für das Rauchverhalten auch bei den Gästen, dennoch wäre es hilfreich, wenn das Hotel hier klare Regelungen treffen und für mehr Sauberkeit und Ordnung in diesem Bereich sorgen würde.
