Whose idea is to leave opened window in a room in a middle of winter? outside two degrees inside about ten.
I know in The Netherlands opened windows is a standard I don't know why But where is a comfort? Are you polar bears or just stupid?
All night was very cold and my wife now has a cold.

Staff have no idea of what they are doing there. Restaurant bills of other tables were charged on our table, staff on the restaurant on their phones while our tables where not clean after finishing for 2 hours, invoices for our companies totally mixed up.

Pros:

Het personeel was vriendelijk en de kamer met voorzieningen (koelkast, koffie) was prima. Het bed, belangrijk!, was goed, goed geslapen. Ontbijt: genoeg keuze, prima.

Cons:

Temperatuur (vrij koud) op de kamer. Het was een koude dag en de verwarming in de kamer trok het niet echt.

Pros:

Very clean. Excellent accessibility. Breakfast is not fresh if you go after 8.00. Room was super good and clean but cold and heating was so load that I could not keep it on. When I was away, I could not keep it on again because the key was needed for electricity supply. Also, my room was next to some service stairs so in the morning it would get load with the staff. Nevertheless, I would recommend this hotel, it was perfect value for money.
