Die Handhabung für einen früheren Check-In war bei uns sehr schlecht. Ich habe es zwei Tage vorher beantragt, aber im Hotel selbst wurde uns gesagt, dass dies nicht so registriert sei. Der Mitsrbeiter war ziemlich unfreundliche und hatte eine eingeschnappte Stimmung. Wir probierten so freundlich wie möglich zu sein und warteten draussen für 2 Stunden, bis zum geregelten Check-In. Ein Freund von mir hatte ebenfalls ein Zimmer. Bei ihm ging der frühere Check-In und späterer Check-Out jedoch einwandfrei. Da kam mir die Frage auf, wieso das bei uns nicht ging aber bei den anderen…. Jedenfalls begründete der Mann am Empfang sein Verhalten mit dem, dass die Menschen, welche in der Zeit des Openair Frauenfelds hier einchecken würden, sehr mühsam seien. Wir entschuldigten uns trotzdem, obwohl das garnicht hätte sein müssen.

Pros:

Ibis City was a fantastic stopover for me & my 12 year old son. We stayed as its only a 3 minute drive to the Scooter Skills Park. Staff were very nice and the room was spotless clean with very comfortable beds.

Ottimo soggiorno anche per visitare Zurigo
Pros:

L'hotel si trova a poca distanza dal centro di Winterthur, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. L'hotel è un buon compromesso a livello di rapporto qualità-prezzo per visitare Zurigo, che si trova a 15 minuti di auto. Nei dintorni ci sono ristoranti e proprio difronte c'è un supermercato. Le stanze sono confortevoli e anche se abbastanza piccole sono dotate di tutto il necessario. Nota a favore la pulizia giornaliera.

Cons:

Qualche membro dello staff non è stato molto gentile. Il prezzo del parcheggio un po' elevato (16 euro al giorno) considerando che è un parcheggio scoperto a disponibilità limitata.
