According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
The property will keep a copy of the minor's ID and authorization (certified signature by juvenile court) as Estadual Law of São Paulo number 15.449.
For rooms with a double occupancy rate, 1 child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Location was very convenient to me, close to my appointment the following day. Breakfast had a good selection especially in view of standard Brazilian breakfast
The staff wasn't very friendly, overall service was average both during check in as well as breakfast
Os funcionários são atenciosos.
O quarto, apesar do tamanho pequeno, não era tão ruim assim, porém é oferecida uma cama de casal pequena, o que para um casal fica desconfortável demais. Muito menos quando se olha pelo valor da diária, altíssima.

Café da manhã razoável, mas se acabar o café passado , não repõem mais , tem que tomar da máquina .
O Hotel tem qualidades mas…..
Tem que resolver urgentemente o cheiro ruim da área de recepção que se atende até a área do café.
É só botar os pés para dentro do hotel e ficar bem preocupado, pois o cheiro é pessimo , cheiro meio azedo , cheiro de sujeira mesmo !
Felizmente os quartos tem uma limpeza razoável !

Café da manhã, localização e ótimo atendimento
achei a agua do chuveiro fraca.
A localização é ótima, as camas são super confortáveis e o banheiro espaçoso.
As luzes do quarto precisam melhorar, sao muito amarelas e pouca luz, pra quem precisa se arrumar e se maquiar atrapalha bastante. O ar condicionado do meu quarto estava bastante barulhento, ficou a noite toda fazendo bastante barulho.

Quarto sem ar, chuveiro não funcionava direito, não arrumaram nosso quarto.
