According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
The property will keep a copy of the minor's ID and authorization (certified signature by juvenile court) as Estadual Law of São Paulo number 15.449.
For rooms with a double occupancy rate, 1 child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Só a localização.
Banheiro muito pequeno.
Som ambiente muito alto no restaurante. Principalmente no café da manhã o som poderia ser baixo, trazendo harmonia para o momento. O som alto e, ao meu ver, as músicas inapropriadas para um café da manha, foram o ponto negativo do hotel.
Localização muito boa e limpeza do quarto. Funcionários atenciosos e gentis.
Quarto simples, porém pelo valor não é justo exigir muito mais do que o ofertado.

Tive que trocar de apto no meio da noite pois nao tinha agua fria, impossivel tomar banho somente com agua quente demais - a cama casal é bem pequena também
No outro quarto que fui… saia uma agua suja das torneiras, depois de deixar aberta por um tempo passou, mas péssimo

Flexibility and attention. I really liked that one day i stayed in the room the entire morning doing some work and on afternoon that i left for a tour, they cleaned the room :-) also the late check in possibility was a good option for me.
The facilities are a bit old. The bathroom had a lot of mug and towels very old and hard.
