According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
The property will keep a copy of the minor's ID and authorization (certified signature by juvenile court) as Estadual Law of São Paulo number 15.449.

Fui para me hospedar para o Lollapalooza e ganhei um mimo do hotel, eu AMEI demais! A atendente que nos atendeu super simpática! Cheguei antes do horário do check-in e ela conseguiu nos liberar antes, super atenciosa. É a segunda vez que me hospedo nesse hotel e só tive boas experiências , e quando eu voltar p SP com certeza ficarei por lá.
