According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
The property will keep a copy of the minor's ID and authorization (certified signature by juvenile court) as Estadual Law of São Paulo number 15.449.

Um dos melhores cafés da manhã que eu já experimentei. O Quarto limpo, ótimo escritorio para mim que preciso usar muito nas minhas viagens. TV razoável, funciona bem. Banheiro muito bom. Cama grande, confortável, tudo limpo. O pessoal muito amável. Localização boa.
O quarto não tinha agua quente. A internet as vezes caia e poderia ser melhor, tinha que me registrar cada tanto tempo e nunca reconheceu meu login. Acho que os quartos tendo uma escrivaninha... para trabalhar/estudar, usando notebook ... é possível muitas pessoas precisarem de bom internet, e acho que poderia ser muito melhor. As vezes tive que usar minha internet celular.
Boa localização, a aproximadamente 10 minutos a pé do Shopping Eldorado. Café da manhã com várias opções e delicioso. Funcionários bem educados e gentis. Estacionamento no local pago à parte. Há também um restaurante no hotel de culinária peruana com comida deliciosa.
Minha reserva era para duas camas de solteiro, cheguei mais de uma hora depois da abertura para check in, mas no entanto não havia apto com duas camas. Portanto a minha reserva não me foi atendida !
