Great little place, stay here
Pros:

Excellent price for the location. Front desk guy was super friendly and informative. There's hang out areas with fires, a pool, and a hot tub. My room was away from the road and quiet enough. Concessions offered for motorcycle parking was nice of them, though I didn't need/use any special offered spot. Area is very safe and quite a short walk from all the restaurants, cocktail bars, and other action happening on the strip.

Cons:

Wifi suuucked! I kept getting full bars, then it would go to one bar, then disconnect. It was not usable at the desk in my room, and only mediocre (3-5Mbit) if I held my laptop up in the other corner of the room. I'd be weary of this if you need it for work and your phone's mobile hotspot is not sufficient for it.

In Ordnung.
Pros:

Der Mitarbeiter hat uns freundlich empfangen, für den Pool stehen an der Rezeption Handtücher zur Verfügung. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und hat eine Klimaanlage welche man bei den heißen Temperaturen benötigt. Das Bett ist weich und groß.

Cons:

Eine Steckdose beim Bett hat nicht funktioniert, die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut wenn diese an ist, wenn man sich aufs Klo gesetzt hat hatte man das Gefühl als würde es unter einem zusammenbrechen da es nachgibt.

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Sijainti on mukava, kävelymatka keskustaan. Sisäpiha on mukava ulkokalusteineen ja ulkotulineen.

Cons:

Huoneemme oli tien puolella. Huoneessa ei ole mitään äänieristystä, joten vilkasliikenteisen tien kaikki äänet kuuluu huoneeseen. Tässä tapauksessa äänekäs ilmastointi auttoi peittämään tien ääniä. Myös naapurihuoneen äänet kuului pitkin yötä huoneeseen. Hotelli on jo melko vanha ja huoneet myös.

Ok hotel in Palm Springs to keep on the road
Pros:

We stayed only one night as we were passing thru the area. It was Ok, comfortable, clean and nice beds. That was all we need for that night.

Lacks quality and outdated. Needs maintenance.
Pros:

The front desk employee was exceptional and friendly. We only stayed one night so we didn't get a chance to try the pool, BBQ area, or anything else. But the grounds looked like they were well kept, minus some issues. Make sure you ask for all you need before midnight. They let you know that ahead of time when you check in as well. The bed linen looked to be clean. Communication with the hotel is excellent. Location was very close to downtown Palm Springs. The balcony was nice and had two chairs and a table for lounging in the morning. Room had a small coffee maker with one ceramic mug. Room had two wine glasses and two lowball glasses. We didn't turn on the TV. The pool is in the center of the courtyard. Every balcony faces the courtyard.

Cons:

Trash cans were overflowing in the courtyard. The front desk is not 24hrs, closes at midnight and opens at 8am. Perimeter doors to the hotel property are left open - does not have a spring to force it closed after someone leaves the property. That poses a security risk. Room 233 was super outdated. Carpet was loose with wrinkles and buckling everywhere. It didn't FEEL clean enough to walk barefoot. The bathroom sink had black mold along the rim of the counter top. The faucet was loose and leaking. The beds were actually lumpy and pillows were flat. They looked super comfortable but wasn't when you laid on it. Parking is terrible here. We had to leave early and was concerned we were going to get blocked in with people parking where they shouldn't. Hotel needs some serious maintenance and renovation. Furniture drawers do not stay closed. Paint chipping everywhere - doors, furniture, walls, etc. For over $300/night, I expect a certain quality for our stay. I did not feel clean staying here.

Cons:

The room was very uncomfortable. Thin mattress, one towel, no drapes with a big spotlight outside, torn stained rug. Plumbing in shower barely worked and sink had only hot water.

Has seen better days.
Pros:

The Inn had a large jacuzzi and a heated pool. Property was overall clean and had a mid century Palm Springs vibe. There were two fire pits in the main patio area, it was nice to seat around in the evening. Top floor rooms have a small little balcony with two chairs and a table.

Cons:

The property was worn out as well as the rooms. The whole place has probably seen better days. Things looked re-patched and painted over, making everything look outdated. The rooms had a musky cigarette smell when we walked in.

Nice place, fun retro vibe. Will stay here again!
Pros:

The hotel has a retro vibe to it. Our check in staff was great, very friendly! Room was clean and quiet. The large hot spa was right outside our door which was very convenient. Very cute place, would stay there again!

Cons:

The rooms needs a bit of maintenance. I found the beds too hard. Half hour walk to the strip.

Amazing service and amenities
Pros:

We stayed over Presidents Day Weekend and have a lot of freat things to say! They have a warmed pool which isn't too deep so great for kids. They have a huge jacuzzi just a little smaller than the pool and its so amazing to enjoy at the end of the day. There is a lot of outside places to sit, relax, and rest in the sun. Though, the staff is the best part. The front desk workers were some of the kindest hotel staff I've met and are very engaging. We had some questions about the palm springs zoo and the workers gave us some amazing details and how amazing their experiences were. Plus, its located in a very in town area and is walking distance from a lot of great restaurants. Would come again and recommend!
