cleanliness was an issue. Door LOCK was an issue, no overnight staff. Couldn't get into my room late at night.

Pracefull and relaxing
Pros:

The location is great, it’s very comfortable and clean the oversized jacuzzi is excellent

Cons:

The washer and dryer app does not work so plan on going to a laundry mat and there little to no parking and they close the pool and jacuzzi at midnight

La conciergerie est fermé de minuit à 8h du matin. Ayant perdu la
Clé de notre chambre, nous avons dû passer la nuit de 5h à 8h du matin dans un fauteuil dans le jardin.
Par ailleurs, les clés des chambres se démagnétisent très vite. On a dû en redemander plusieurs fois durant les 4 jours sur place.

While the place is pretty on the outside, there were a lot of problems. See above
Cons:

All the pots and pans were peeling the paint or Teflon or toxic material (changing these to steel would solve this an guest's won't have that issue)

The carpet in the room was like soggy

The caddy for the shampoo was super rusted

The shower was filthy, clearly had not been cleaned

The toilet was like rocking not secured to the floor

The stove 1 burner disnt work on that stove in the kitchen.

The phone signal is bad there AND the wifi signal was terrible. We called and went to the office about it and they told us, well thsts just the way it is and every guest complains about it. The wifi was so bad I could not even connect to zoom for a meeting. I had to go somewhere else to connect snd do my zoom meetings.

The internet was further so bad that even when I would send just regular emails they would not send until we left the building.

This was one of the absolute worst hotel experiences we have ever had.

Pros:

I had an amazing experience at check-in on Sunday afternoon. The young man at the desk was extremely pleasant and, thankfully, was able to change the room from second floor to ground floor. I have stayed at 7 Springs several times when I come to Palm Springs from Arizona. It’s becoming my home away from home because everything is so amazing!

Voor 1 nacht prima!
Pros:

Prima voor op doorreis, wij waren als gezin van vijf en konden heerlijk na aankomst even zwemmen.

Cons:

Kamer wat verouderd, vieze vloerbedekking, bed wat door lag en douche vol met kalk en lekkende kraan
