スタッフ常駐ではないですが、スマホとタクシーを呼ぶのもロビーの端末で呼ぶ方式です。

Cons:

スタッフに聞きたいことがあるときにすぐに聞けないのはちょっと不便ですが、コスパを考えると仕方がないかもです。メールで問い合わせはできるので積極的に質問しましょう、少し寒かったのでヒーターをリクエストしました。翌日ホテルに戻ったときにスタッフがいてヒーターを受け取ることができました。

Molto vicino al centro. Letto comodo e presenza di un piccolo frigorifero all'interno della stanza.

Ho deciso di soggiornare in questo hotel perchè, fra le caratteristiche descritte in booking c'è l'aria condizionata ( per me fondamentale perché sono cardiopatica ed ho grosse difficoltà col caldo). Quando siamo arrivato ci hanno assegnato una stanza dove batteva il sole tutto il giorno e c'erano oltre 30 gradi ma non siamo stati in grado di far funzionare il condizionatore. Quando abbiamo chiesto un aiuto, candidamente, ci hanno detto che il condizionatore generale era spento perché per loro non faceva troppo caldo quindi i nostri tentativi erano vani. Sono rimasta tre giorni a boccheggiare. (Ho letto_ troppo tardi_ che la stessa cosa accade in tardo autunno,col riscaldamento).

Убрано было каждый день. И убирались когда я уходила. Очень удобно. Спокойно, комфортно.

Cons:

Никто не предупредил, что в отели не выдаются карты. Обещали тапочки, пришлось ходить в носках в ванной комнате , где вода попадала на пол.
