Ottima posizione , a 300 metri dalla metro. Pulito e comodo , vicino c’è tutto di cui hai bisogno

It was a very bad experience this time even the other employees was very helpful and professional but the front desk man

Cons:

One of the employee name Martin was very rude with me just because I was trying to enter the room 20 m before 2 pm he begin to shout and asked me to leave the hotel and even that I am a loyal customer I am not special for the hotel and he told me that he will reject any future booking just because I didn’t listen to him that the room will be ready at 2 pm
Honestly I received an email from booking telling me the room password so I thought it’s ready but I think the guy has a problem with me because he was telling me that I always do problems and one of my visits I checked out at 12:30 instead of 12 😂
The way he talked and shouting was surprising I was calm and waited until my stay is done . This all the truth and there is camera so the owner will chk

Ubicación. Aire acondicionado. Tranquilo.

Despersonalizado. Todo con códigos y llamadas. Decoración anticuada. Limpieza justa. Toallas de ducha pequeñas. Y creo recordar que pedí habitación con 2 camas y me dieron una con cama de matrimonio

Pros:

La mia esperienza è stata molto positiva. Posizione ottima e ben collegato sia con i mezzi che a piedi. Check-in e checkout in autonomia, deposito bagagli con Locker, checkout alle 12. La mancanza di finestra apribile per me non è stato un problema. La stanza era molto bella e ben climatizzata. Materasso comodissimo. Doccia senza vetro ma per me non è stato un problema, è uscito solo qualche schizzo e non si è mai allagato il bagno come hanno scritto altre persone. A disposizione gratuitamente acqua fresca e caffè. Rifacimento della camera ogni giorno con cambio asciugamani

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto direi la mancanza di potere appendere gli abiti in quanto non sono presenti armadi o grucce. Potrebbe essere una soluzione quella di mettere un appendiabiti sotto la mensola dell'ingresso

Great hotel, very central.
Pros:

The location is excellent. The hotel is comfortable. I felt well looked after. Access to the rest of the city is easy. Trams are close by. The closest Metro station, Serdika, goes directly to the airport.

Cons:

There is a lot of noise from the trams from 6am. Disabled access is limited. There are steps up to the lift.

Poor hospitality and disappointing customer service despite a good location.

Cons:

Initially, I was not planning to complain about the room conditions. However, after the way I was treated by your staff, I feel it is necessary to mention these issues as well.

After check-out, I was asked to leave the hotel lobby despite the fact that it was raining heavily outside. I had already received permission to store my luggage because my bus was departing late at night. I find it difficult to understand how a member of staff could ask a former guest to stand outside in such weather conditions. This was extremely unfriendly and showed a complete lack of hospitality.

In addition, I had to put the duvet cover on the blanket myself despite paying hotel prices. The corridor carpet was damp and smelled musty, and the toilet appeared yellow-stained and poorly maintained.
