Pros:

Очень удобно! Действительно можно все легко сделать самостоятельно. Зарегистрироваться, попить кофе, ходить туда-сюда. Но если возникают проблемы всегда есть к кому обратиться. Очень приятный дизайн. Простой, весёлый и сохраненны старинные артефакты этого здания. Дополнительной радостью был кондиционер для волос в душе.Местоположение прекрасное.

good for the price.
Pros:

Introvert hotels is a centrally located hotel with many interesting points available within 15 min walk.
Communication with hosts/information about how to get access to the hotel rooms is clear/well described. I really enjoy the coffee station on the ground floor.

Rooms were clean and contains all of the necessary/described amenities.

Cons:

The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is constant noise from the city. Our room (202) had windows directly into busy street where a lot of trams based by (from early hours in the morning).

Moreover, the central heating was set-up too high and make it difficult to sleep.

Pros:

Room on second floor was covered in thick dust. Carpet not vacuumed properly. It was covered in previous occupants long hair. Bathroom was clean but flooring was badly stained Very off putting. Foul smell as you entered the building. Won't be back.

Cons:

Improve cleanliness. Upgrade bathroom. Do something about smell at entrance to the building. Planted at front door on pavement need replaced. Very shabby and full of litter.
