Terrible service. They don't value their guests.

I didn't like the hotel.

Cons:

The service was terrible. I spent 4 nights in this hotel. The first day they didn't do my room, the second day I came back at 7.30pm and the room was undone, the beds just like I left them. When I complained at the front desk, they just looked at me, saying nothing, not even an apology. The AC didn't work in common areas like the gym or lobby. I needed to ask twice for toilet paper. The breakfast is terrible. I paid $250 a night and that is the service they provide.

Amazing stay! Everything was perfect! Great location to beach and restaurants

Everything was perfect! Absolutely stunning hotel and amazing stay. Great location, about 15 mins from beach, 8 mins from Golden Corral. Hotel was immaculate, breakfast was amazing so many options for everyone from assorted breads and desserts, to eggs with sausage and pancakes. Had a oatmeal bar, even had toppings for your eggs with cheese, spinach and salsa. Had yogurts, toppings for your breads, Antoinette was fantastic! Best breakfast! Staff was so kind, pool was beautiful with peaceful outdoor patio. Would definitely stay again! Loved everything!

Great hotel and great price
Pros:

I loved how modern and quiet the hotel was. The bedroom was on the back of the room so less hallway noise. Shower was amazing and all the soap, shampoo and conditioner was provided. The only small issue is that the toilet is super close to the shower and you have to step in directly under the water instead of being able to step in from the back. Everyone was friendly and we were offered recommendations of where to eat and what to avoid. Just wonderful stay

Pros:

Overall, average. Rooms were large. The hotel was undergoing renovation during my entire stay so it was very noisy, entrance spaces were tight, and there was lots of yellow tape everywhere outside. The breakfast hours and food was great, and all staff were very friendly and accommodating but unfortunately I requested to move to a different room as I observed cockroaches of different life stages on multiple occasions in my original room. Was on official business so I did not move hotels and if given the choice again, would stay at a different location due to the insects.
