It was an easy drive to the airport.
The room seemed to have not been cleaned properly. There were several hairs around the bathroom floor and tub, as well as around the sink. It seemed like maybe the surfaces had been wiped down, as opposed to being cleaned.

We had an excellent experience in this hotel on a past trip and readily booked here again, although cost was higher than we expected. The staff is great and super responsive to any requests. There’s definitely something missing on the housekeeping though: no bedding for the sofa bed, too few towels, backed up shower, clogged toilet, no extra toilet paper or tissues, empty bottles of conditioner and shower gel. Every time we asked someone was here right away, but unfortunately we had to do the asking. Gotta wonder if housekeeping has a basic checklist, or perhaps never prepped our room before we were here.
The people at the front desk are very polite and helpful.
The ac was broken in our room and wouldn't shutdown so it was freezing most of the time. Had to lay a blanket over the ac.

I didn't like the hotel.
The service was terrible. I spent 4 nights in this hotel. The first day they didn't do my room, the second day I came back at 7.30pm and the room was undone, the beds just like I left them. When I complained at the front desk, they just looked at me, saying nothing, not even an apology. The AC didn't work in common areas like the gym or lobby. I needed to ask twice for toilet paper. The breakfast is terrible. I paid $250 a night and that is the service they provide.
Everything was perfect! Absolutely stunning hotel and amazing stay. Great location, about 15 mins from beach, 8 mins from Golden Corral. Hotel was immaculate, breakfast was amazing so many options for everyone from assorted breads and desserts, to eggs with sausage and pancakes. Had a oatmeal bar, even had toppings for your eggs with cheese, spinach and salsa. Had yogurts, toppings for your breads, Antoinette was fantastic! Best breakfast! Staff was so kind, pool was beautiful with peaceful outdoor patio. Would definitely stay again! Loved everything!
Everything was perfect!
I loved how modern and quiet the hotel was. The bedroom was on the back of the room so less hallway noise. Shower was amazing and all the soap, shampoo and conditioner was provided. The only small issue is that the toilet is super close to the shower and you have to step in directly under the water instead of being able to step in from the back. Everyone was friendly and we were offered recommendations of where to eat and what to avoid. Just wonderful stay
The staff was great, food was good, price was reasonable.
The work being done in the parking lot created some parking issues.
Cleanliness and staff
Air conditioning was Rey loud and woke me up every time it turned on. The bathroom toilet paper roll was too far from the toilet.
