If you choose to park a vehicle with us during your stay, the cost for valet parking is $35 per day. Please note that this is included if you have booked one of our Suites.
The Henry Jones Art Hotel has a strict NO PARTY POLICY and you agree there is to be no excessive noise or disturbance of other guests.
Should Management have to request your noise levels to be reduced, Management reserves the right to terminate your accommodations at any time without any refund of your accommodations or bond.
Under Tasmanian law, The Henry Jones Art Hotel will not be liable to you for any loss, damage or destruction of your property except in very specific circumstances - see section 49A of the Civil Liability Act 2002 (Tas).
Your insurance may also cover loss, damage or destruction of your property.
Lithium battery charging is prohibited in all areas of the property including hotel rooms.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

People 2 years old and over stay for AUD 55 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

The bed was very comfortable. The view was excellent. The location was perfect!
The light on the air conditioner control was so bright, it fully lit up the room when we were trying to sleep. I ended up covering it with a bandaid. Also, You can see through the frosted glass into the bathroom.
Fabulous location directly on the historic waterfront but so quiet inside. Our loft studio was very spacious with the most comfortable bed and pillows of our trip.
There is very little natural light in the bedroom which made it hard for us to sleep. Some blinds open but only onto the very bright atrium outside.

I liked everything, there is nothing to complain about! We did the Art Tour (there is also a History Tour) and I would like to recommend that you participate in this free tour. The building itself and the art are stunning.

Excellent location, hotel with great facilities and art, very comfortable room and extremely friendly staff.
Nothing really, except that the bathrooms must have been designed as a tribute to the very short people that existed in the 19th Century or perhaps by a short architect. Basin, bench top and mirror would suit vertically challenged people very well!
The location , the decor , the staff were all amazing
The only issue we had was a very bad sewage smell from our bathroom drain for 2 nights but the staff resolved the issue for us
