Great location, staff and facilities.
Pros:

Great staff. The location was within walking distance of the historic center and lots of interesting neighborhoods and parks. The room was very quiet and clean.

Cons:

The bed was a bit on the firm side.

this is the third time we have stayed here. Obviously, that's how much we liked it.
Pros:

walking distance to many city center sites. Safe and across from a lovely park where there is family festivities almost every night, but not loud or noisy.

Cons:

A little too pricey, for more luxurious rooms, for Mexico currency

A very nice stay in Oaxaca!
Pros:

The location was great. The breakfast buffet was nice and the service was very good. The room was very comfortable and the amenities were excellent.

Cons:

The fitness center was not great and could use a refresh!

Perfect location, AMAZING staff, beautiful hotel
Pros:

AMAZING STAFF, THEY ARE WONDERFUL. Everything was perfect. The beds are on the small side if you use one for two persons, but everything was perfect.

Cons:

Cannot say anything wrong about this hotel.

Pros:

Hotel was beautiful, very clean, felt brand new, and had a great location.

Cons:

Almost no possibility to enjoy the sun. Pool was covered with roof. Only place a terrace outside a bar that opened after sun was gone. Also, Oaxaca gets quite cold at nights and mornings but still hotel had doors wide open in the morning. Staff was wearing winter jackets while guests was “enjoying” breakfast in indoor clothes in around 10 degrees 🥶

Pros:

The staff members were so thoughtful and kind.

Cons:

The our room seemed connecting rooms and we could listen to what they were chatting.
It was kind of frustrating .

Beautiful time in Oaxaca, plenty of food options outside of the hotel without need to upgrade to Grand Club.
Pros:

Property is located about a 15-min walk to the city center and main attractions. Property was very clean and staff was attentive.

Cons:

We paid for “Grand Club” access and I am not convinced it was worth it - especially with their limited breakfast options; it also appeared that the breakfast section for the Grand Club sourced the hot food from a different restaurant in the hotel, often times arriving cold or with the staff forgetting.

I would definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Oaxaca City.
Pros:

We liked the spacious room, comfortable bed, evening reception in the club room and location is convenient to everything in Oaxaca de Juarez.

Cons:

Our club room included breakfast. However, the menu is very limited. We stayed for 7 nights and it got pretty boring.
