L’hôtel est magnifique et le service était vraiment à la hauteur de nos attentes.
La piscine chauffée est superbe et, comme nous étions hors saison, nous avons eu la chance d’en profiter seuls la plupart du temps. Un vrai bonheur !
La réservation « Grand Club » offre également l’accès à une salle privée où une petite collation est servie en soirée, une attention très appréciée.
Bref, un séjour fantastique, que nous avons adoré !

Our entire stay was incredible. The staff were extremely hospitable and helpful from the moment we stepped onto the property. In terms of 4 or 5 star hotels within city limits, this has been our absolute favorite. The hotel itself is very clean, new, and beautifully designed. There were so many options at the breakfast buffet it was almost overwhelming, but each item we tried was amazing (especially the freshly cooked memelas!!). The pool and hot tubs are in a little bit of a weird location, but I love the bar setup next to it and it's a covered area so you can still enjoy it on rainy days.

I love everything
This hotel is beautiful and the staff was very helpful. If you are thinking why is it so much more than these other hotels it is because it is that much nicer.

The breakfast buffet had everything. The ancestral massage was worth the trip to Oaxaca. Club was closed a lot of the time but it didn't matter. Everyone was so cheerful.
They seemed to push more expensive transit options. Not much of a view except to interior areas, but they were well designed.

An adequate Breakfast and a wonderful lounge with Nephthyl being an outstanding asset to the lounge. He was very attentive and helpful. We would certainly return.
What's not to like?
De Service ist exzellent. Die Ausstattung mit lokalem Touch hat uns gut gefallen. Im Restaurant-Bereich werden die WM-Spiele gezeigt.
Der Pool könnte wärmer sein, aber vielleicht lag es an der Uhrzeit, wir waren sehr spät dort.
