Everything was going great until it turned out I'd been given the dud room.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed.
Well appointed room.
Great location.

Cons:

My room had a giant HVAC unit immediately outside the window that basically kept me awake all night. When everything else is high quality, it stands out as really poor.

Excelente relación calidad-precio en ubicación envidiable
Pros:

Las pequeñas cocinas en algunas de las habitaciones más grandes son muy útiles si no deseas cenar fuera.

Las plantas más altas tienen habitaciones con terraza grande con vistas a la ciudad. La ventaja de la altura es el aislamiento del incesante ruido de la calle.

El desayuno es a la carta y muy bueno pero asegúrate que està incluido en el precio de la habitación.

Cons:

El baño es muy pequeño de tal forma que el inodoro está a 3 centímetros del lavabo; si eres una persona de más de 1,85cm y 100kg de peso, es incómodo.

El baño tiene otro inconveniente pues se accede por el dormitorio en las habitaciones de 4 ocupantes de tal forma que los huéspedes que duerman en el sofá-cama tienen que pasar por el dormitorio para ir al baño.

Otel çok merkezi bir yerde ve personel oldukça güler yüzlü ve yardımcı

Cons:

Sonbaharda odaların ısıtılması çok mümkün olamadı .Merkezi klimalar hala soğuk çalışıyordu.Ekstra ısıtıcı istedik hemen temin ettiler. Ancak bu bir odayı ısıtabildi. Bnayo ve oturma salonu soğuk kaldı.Isı farkından hasta olduk .

במילה אחת - וואו!
מלון מדהים, במיקום מעולה, עם צוות מקצוען וסופר נחמד.
מתקני המלון מצויינים והשירות מעל ומעבר.
באמת חוויה ניו יורקית כמו שצריך.
במיוחד נרצה לציין לטובה ולשבח את כל צוות הדורמנים והקבלה שהיו פשוט נפלאים וזמינים לכל שאלה או בקשה.
מאוד מומלץ!

Cons:

אהבנו הכל, למעט תקרית אחת של גסות רוח של אחד המלצרים במסעדת הפרלמנט שנמצאת במלון, שטיפה השאירה טעם חמוץ לכמה רגעים, הכל באמת היה מושלם.
עוד נקודה שאפשר לשפר אבל לא הפריעה יותר מדי זה רעש המזגן בחדר (אולי זה היה רק אצלנו אבל זה לא היה נורא בכלל)

A little pricey but I was satisfied.
Pros:

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Excellent location within walking distance of Central Park, Time square, Rockefeller center, and many restaurants. Very clean rooms.

Cons:

Not going to go too hard on it because it’s Manhattan but rooms were very small and the shower not having a door is not my favorite. Seemed pretty quiet in terms of street noise but for some reason people in the hallway specifically were pretty noticeable. Maybe the doors they use are too thin.

Fantástico.
Pros:

Nos encanta la atención, ubicación, la limpieza siempre extraordinaria y las habitaciones de este hotel.

Cons:

La vez anterior nos tocó una habitación con distribución diferente que incluía mayor espacio en el comedor pero esta igualmente tenía todo lo que buscabamos.

Pros:

This is a great hotel in a great location. The rooms are a good size and have a nice decor. For an older hotel it looks modern. I really enjoyed the breakfasts, they were hearty and tasty. Glad I chose this hotel for our first visit to NYC.

Cons:

Although most of the staff were quite pleasant and friendly, I didn't quite get that from the front desk. They were not rude per se, just not warm and welcoming.

I won’t go there again. This isn’t a five star hotel

The property is old. Toilet seat broken. This is at best 3 stars. No free water in the room . Ac sound is very high. They give some pointless credit to use in minibar and hotel restaurant. B

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, przestronne pokoje, wygodne łóżka

Cons:

Hotel bardzo głośny, w nocy trudno jest spać ze względu na hałas z ulicy, pokoje są sprzątane codziennie bardzo powierzchownie: tylko umyta łazienka i pościelone łóżka, nikt nie umył podłogi ani nie poodkurzał przez cały nasz 8-dniowy pobyt, mini bar też nie był uzupełniany
