Das Hotel bleibt hinter den Erwartungen zurück. Das Personal ist völlig in Ordnung.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist in einer Top Lage. Wir hatten eine 45 qm große Suite. Die Platzverhältnisse waren entsprechend toll. Es gab auch genügend Möglichkeiten, Kleidung und Einkäufe zu verstauen.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein.

Die Positionierung der Steckdose im Bad ist nicht schön.

Unser Balkon hatte eine fantastische Aussicht. Nur der Balkon gehört ( insbesondere Fliesen ) ordentlich auf Vordermann gebracht.

Das Hotel hat zwar laut Booking.com 5 Sterne, aber ich würde nach internationalem Masstab maximal 4 Sterne geben.

Wenn man den Preis heranzieht, dann gilt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis eher mangelhaft aus.

Ich würde mir das bei meiner nächsten New York-Reise gründlich überlegen, ob ich dieses Hotel wieder buchen würde.

Lyxigt hotell med fantastiskt läge
Pros:

Hotellets omgivning var bästa tänkbara. Från hotellet är det tio minuters promenad till exempelvis Rockefeller Center. Standarden på hotellrummet var också hög och personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Jag uppskattade också att det inte var heltäckningsmatta på rummen. Rummen var dessutom större än jag väntat mig på ett hotell mitt i centrala New York.

Cons:

Det centrala läget ledde till vissa störningar från trafik, särskilt sirener nattetid. Fönstren var inte särskilt väl isolerade så det förekom visst drag från fönstren, särskilt i badrummet. Svårt att komma på några fler nackdelar, faktiskt.

Hotel fantástico em todos os aspectos, em localização sensacional
Pros:

Hotel fantástico, em todos os aspectos. O quarto é enorme, dispõe de uma mini-cozinha, a decoração é lindíssima e o banheiro é muito bom, com ótimo chuveiro, aquecimento e iluminação incrível. A roupa de cama e as toalhas são incríveis (e fartas). A equipe é super cordial e atenciosa (nos ofereceram um early check-in sem custo) e o restaurante The Parliament é ótimo. A localização é espetacular, literalmente a 50m do metrô da 51th ST com a Lexington e a uma curta distância do Rockfeller Center e imediações a pé. Muito próximo também da Grand Central. Apesar de muito bem localizado, está num ponto tranquilo e silencioso, principalmente à noite. Recomendo com veemência a quem deseja uma experiência bacana em New York.

El servicio de la recepción realmente muy bueno. Nos dejaron hacer check out a las 15:00 sin costo porque nuestro vuelo salía a la noche. Muy atentos a todos los detalles.

la ubicacion es excelente, ya habiamos estado en el hotel habian remodelado sin embargo hay cosas que parecen antiguas...la cama y almohadas son muy comodas por el menu de almohadas

La ubicación excelente por eso que voy siempre a ese hotel , la habitación cama muy pequeña, en relacion al servicio de aseo un dia llegamos a las 10 de la noche y nuestra habitacion estaba sin el aseo hecho.
