Pros:

The accommodation was excellently located, the rooms were particularly beautiful and comfortable, and we found everything to be reasonably clean. We could order breakfast from a menu, and everything was delicious. The hostesses working at breakfast were very kind; however, the attitude and manner of the two male waiters were completely out of keeping with the hotel's standards. Both behaved in a distinctly rude and impolite way. It was particularly outrageous when one of them took our family of four's order incorrectly; after we pointed out that we hadn't received what we had asked for, one of the waiters began arguing with us in a condescending, patronizing tone. He insisted that he had certainly written the order down correctly and that we were misremembering—something I find completely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Apart from this unpleasant incident, everything was fantastic, but the servers' behavior really needs to change urgently.

Hotel altamente recomendable
Pros:

La atención el mantemiento la limpieza el personal de la entrada y la recepción

Cons:

Que no me dejaron hacer un check late out pese a haber pagado toda la estadia por adelantado. Dicen qué estaba lleno el hotel… Me dieron en el 4to piso y por los trabajos Vecinos hubo mucho ruido la última noche. Así y todo tuvieron mis maletas hasta la salida del avion.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Location is excellent-nice and quiet. Central location. Housekeeping top notch. The onsite Parliament restaurant came in handy.

Our go-to spot in NYC
Pros:

We have been coming here for over 10 years every time we stay in NYC, the staff is welcoming and always the same people. We love it here.

Cons:

Some of the redone rooms have no closet space.

good night but leaving disappointed by the breakfast.
Pros:

Room is big and clean - very quiet which is good for Manhattan

Cons:

Bathroom is really (really) small.
Worst thing: the breakfast. We ordered 2 cappuccino and 1 fresh squeeze orange juice.
Cappuccino was from drip coffee and not expresso / no foam - it was a milk and coffee.
fresh squeeze orange juice came from low price plastic gallon (we saw the waitress prepared the glass).
