Au check in, on ne vous regarde pas dans les yeux et on grogne plutôt qu’on parle.
Au petit déjeuner, pas un sourire de la pet des serveurs qui ne comprenne rien à la commande en plus.
Fenêtres des chambres très mal insonorisees : on entend le moindre bruit de rue.
Climatisation ultra bruyante.

In short, this hotel is absolutely not worth the money. Do not book this hotel if you are used to 5-star standards. In my opinion, this is more like a 3-star hotel.

The noise from the air conditioning was also unbearable — it sounded like the engines of a Boeing 737.

We wanted to leave immediately upon arrival, but there was no staff member available to speak to us, and the room had already been paid for two nights. We had no choice but to stay.

When we checked out, nobody even asked us how our stay had been or what we thought of the hotel. I understand now why they don’t ask those questions…

The staff were not friendly or welcoming at all. There was no warm welcome upon arrival, and no one was there to greet us.

The housekeeping staff clearly did not seem happy about our arrival, as an extra bed still needed to be made. The gentleman who came to make the bed was extremely rude. He didn’t say hello or acknowledge us in any way, simply walked into the room, made up the sofa bed with a very annoyed attitude, and left without saying a word.

The bathroom was extremely small. I’m not a big person, but even I found it very cramped. The toilet is squeezed tightly between the shower wall and the bathroom vanity, making it very uncomfortable to use.

There were also no slippers provided. Overall, the service and hospitality were very disappointing.

Loud street noise at night as they were working on repairing the road out front. Property could use some updating but I will take clean, spacious and safe over the looks.

The only issue was the elevator stopped working two days before we left. We had to walk the stairs up nine flights. However, I didn’t mind it. It was a little hiccup.

Some of the restaurant staff were initially quite grumpy/ borderline rude (we chose to just find this amusing) but they did warm up by the end of our stay. The female host in restaurant was very welcoming and friendly so this made up for it.
