Villa magnifique chambre magnifique mais déjeuner et suite privée étaient limite..
Pros:

C’était un cadre magnifique et au goût du jour c’était incroyablement beau. Le personnel est accueillant et un esprit chaleureux que se soit des villas , ainsi que les cuisiniers font tout devant nous.

Cons:

Un peu déçu de la suite.. en plein milieu de la piscine , obligé de fermer le rideau ect pour se changer et avoir de l’intimité.. la chambre coco était magnifique part contre.
Et le déjeuner était un peu limite part rapport au prix des chambres et notre consommation à côté..

Idyllic spot tucked away from the main town
Pros:

We loved our stay here, the host was so friendly and helpful, organising taxis, bike hires and giving recommendations for activities (and which ones are a tourist trap!). The hotel and room were beautifully styled and very comfortable.

Cons:

It’s about 25 min walk from the main centre which can get a bit tiring in the heat so need to either pay for a bike rental or extra on taxis etc. Would be nice to have a little more variety in the complementary breakfast as it’s the same each day, unless you want to pay extra for a full breakfast

Pros:

This place is a haven for relaxation and fun! The whole vibe is peaceful right down to their choice of music. First and foremost the staff make this place! They cannot do enough for you. Aurora and Daniel are both warm and efficient and the rest of the staff always had a smile for you and were always busy and productive and quick to provide anything you might need.
The facilities and grounds are beautiful and well maintained and the food is absolutely amazing!

Cons:

We felt the hotel could be more environmentally aware. We saw that a few reasonable choices had been implemented such as metal straws and quick dry beach towels but some of the larger issues were not addressed.

There is no need to change sheets and towels everyday and most hotels now give you a small sign to put on the bed to tell staff when to change the sheets and we find that in most hotels these days there is an understanding that if towels are on the floor they need changing but hanging up suggests that they can be left but our towels were changed everyday even when I asked them not to be.This is unnecessary and we feel environmentally irresponsible.

We also found out after a week that we should not have been putting toilet paper into the toilets. There was no sign about this in our room and the sign in our friends room just said paper and sanitary products but did not say specifically toilet paper. This should be clearly expressed to the guests.

Environmentally responsible choices like these are important to us and what we look for when we choose where to stay and which hotels we recommend to friends.

A lovely stay
Pros:

A lovely place to stay if you love good food (it was amazing), nice beach and relaxing. We loved that it was a bit away from the center. It was easy to walk when we wanted to go there. It felt very private and we really enjoyed that. We felt it was on the best part of the island. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

Lugar excepcional para unas vacaciones de descanso

- La atención del personal es excepcional.
- La playa que da al hotel es linda y tranquila (poca gente).
- La comida es deliciosa, tanto en desayuno como en comida/cena.
- El Beach Club y el Bar en la playa es sumamente conveniente.

Cons:

Sería increíble si tuvieran:
- Renta de bicicletas como parte de los servicios del hotel
- Actividades para hacer durante tu estancia (alguna dinámica de aprender un platillo con el chef, cata de vinos, etc.)
- Servicios de Spa

Énorme coup de cœur
Pros:

On a tout adoré dans cet établissement ! L’accueil de Aurora qui a été extraordinaire tout au long de notre séjour ainsi que toute l’équipe, l’emplacement parfait de l’hôtel, la beauté du lieu, la propreté irréprochable, le confort des chambres et de la literie. Le restaurant est également incontournable avec des plats plus succulents les uns que les autres.

Perfect place to relax and explore the island

Si quieres estar en un lugar acogedor estilo casa de verano este lugar es una muy buena opción

L’emplacement est top ! Le beach bar aussi

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est pareil d’un matin à l’autre .
Pas de jus de fruits de l’eau,
Et tout le salé est en supplément ! Au prix de la chambre je trouve cela dommage ! Également très long nous devions partir à 9h on a prévenu et on a attendu 40 min pour avoir du pain grillé juste…

Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé, nous étions dans le bâtiment principal assimilable à une villa privée sur la plage, Tout est calme et beau. Le personnel est y présent et aux petits soins tout en restant discret. On y a particulièrement bien mangé et dormi. L'hôtel est éloigné du centre de la ville donc la partie de la plage est plus tranquille. Nous avons également apprécié avoir pu rester au delà de l'heure du check out sur la partie plage, nos valises en sécurité dans l'hôtel.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner inclus reste trop succinct et nécessite de commander en plus, seul bémol de l'hôtel.

We had such a lovely time at Casa Punta Coco. Starting with a brilliant, freshly made breakfast which is served on the terrace, to relaxing at the beach and going for a swim in the absolutely breathtaking turquoise water, we really enjoyed every minute of our stay (and our lovely room)!

De prachtige locatie meteen aan het strand was echt perfect! Loopje naar het ‘centrum’ is fijn als je de hele dag gelegen hebt. Binnen 15/20 min ben je daar.

Upgrade gratuito della camera molto bella , spaziosa con vista stupenda sul mare e la spiaggia sottostante. La struttura è molto carina, inserita perfettamente nel contesto circostante.staff cordiale e disponibile

La doccia in camera senza vetro causa di quotidiani allagamenti nella stanza.
Voglio aggiungere che Putroppo il mare ha disatteso parecchio le nostre aspettative: è di un colore giallo-verde torbido che non invita alla balneazione, la spiaggia carina ma ci sono le barriere frangiflutti che esteticamente disturbano la vista e la balneazione . La zona dove è ubicato l hotel potrebbe essere ottima perche lontana dal caos ma putroppo l area è completamente lasciata andare, detriti, sporcizia e pozze gigantesche di acqua stagnante sulla strada che portano alla proliferazione di zanzare e mosche che disturbano e infastidiscono parecchio sia che tu stia in spiaggia sua che tu mangi qualcosa a bordo piscina o all interno della struttura . Tutto questo a prezzi veramente troppo esosi per quel poco che l isola ha da offrire.

The room had a beautiful sea view and sunbeds on the beach were included.

The bathroom was not in the room; to access it, you had to leave the room and walk through a passageway open to other hotel guests. This was not mentioned in the room description.
The reservation included free breakfast, but in fact there was only fruit, coffee, and two free mini pastries; everything else had to be paid for as an extra.
Incorrect behavior on the part of the hotel.
