Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abstrichen bei der Reinigung
Pros:

Tolle Einrichtung mit moderner Ausstattung. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und bieten viel Platz, sodass man sich rundum wohlfühlen kann. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Ein kleiner Verbesserungs­punkt wäre die Sauberkeit – besonders in Ecken oder hinter Türen könnte noch gründlicher geputzt werden.

Betere controle op netheid zou al veel verbeteren. Voor een kort verblijf interessant
Pros:

Kamer was ruim - enorme douche - ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Vriendelijke bediening

Cons:

Hygiëne kon beter. Kamer gaf de indruk al een tijd niet meer in gebruik geweest te zijn. Vrij veel stof. Waterkoker was vies. Wastafel in toiler werkte niet.

Pros:

Gym was goed! Personeel erg vriendelijk

Cons:

Mijn uitzicht; parkeerplaats en snelweg. Gordijn sloot niet helemaal waardoor er licht de kamer in scheen.

Pros:

Nieuwe sauna's doch betalend.

Cons:

Op de kamer was een lamp kapot aan het bed en glas gebroken. Harde matras.
Tapijt in de gangen versleten. Lift deuren beschadigd.
Ontbijt met plastieken opdienblad zoals in een low cost restaurant
Voor alles moet je bijbetalen:
- Sauna: 19 Euro,
- Huren badjas, slippers,

Dit hotel is geen 4 sterren waard; maximum 3.

Ben beter gewend van van der Valk…Mooi gebouw, mooi uiterlijk maar daar heb het ook dan mee gehad
Pros:

Het meeste beviel mij het dat drankje die ik middernacht wilde hebben voor mijn verjaardag. Moest en alleen in de stad van Heerlen halen. Want ze wilde om 23.40 niet nog 2 drankjes inschudden

Cons:

Comdoom verpakking en bladeren onder en in t bed.
Deur die niet in het slot viel! Riolering/aircogeur op de kamer
