Super pour un week-end en famille
Pros:

L’emplacement pile en face de l’arrêt de tram un gros plus. Le petit déjeuné était vraiment sympa. Très bon accueil pour notre fils. Très grande salle de bain.

Cons:

Mauvaise insonorisation de la porte de la chambre.

Pros:

Établissement bien placé, à proximité de la gare Perrache et des transports en communs. Le partenariat avec le parking pour le stationnement de la voiture est top, cela permet de laisser la voiture toute une journée à l'abri et de profiter de la ville sans soucis.
Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute.
L'établissement est très propre, les chambres bien équipées et très bien insonorisées.

Poor customer service
Pros:

Room was clean and bed was comfortable, good location, next to the metro.

Cons:

The staff that greeted us, particularly the woman was quite rude and didn't care a less that they never gave us any instructions to find the car park and when we asked why they didn't give instructions as it took us an hour to find the car park, the response was its on the booking.com website and what looked like an eye roll (which it isn't on the website by the way and no mention of the hotel being on a road you cannot physically drive on as the trams use it).

Every other hotel has messaged without me even asking re parking and the fees. Customer service is very poor. I would definitely choose a different hotel next time.

Hôtel bien situé juste à côté de la gare de Perrache. Chambre propre, calme, personnel sympathique. C'est la deuxième fois que je dors dans cet hôtel je reviendrai prochainement.

On s’est sentis bien. Super petit déjeuner.
Pros:

Propre, personnel aimable (j’ai pu mettre des aliments dans le congélateur et le frigo de l’hôtel), belle ambiance, cosy, emplacement parfait (parking juste à côté avec prix préférentiel)

Chambre propre et confortable
Pros:

La chambre est extrêmement propre , très bien décorée et la lit est confortable

Cons:

L’accueil était extrêmement bruyant car une forte musique était émise depuis un téléphone portable d un client dans la salle de déjeuner, j’entendais à peine la personne de l’accueil et cela ne m’a pas inspiré confiance .

Pros:

L'accueil et la propreté de cet établissement. Tout est propre et bien décoré. Le petit déjeuner est basique mais de bonne qualité.
Le tram juste devant l'hôtel est hyper pratique pour aller dans le centre de Lyon mais aussi directement jusqu'à la gare Lyon Part Dieu.

Cons:

Il manque juste un petit frigo dans la chambre.

Pros:

Отличное месторасположение, хороший вкусный завтрак, особенно блинчики. Чай в отеле дорогой и очень хороший, нигде до этого такого хорошего чая не было. Вечерами можно приятно посидеть во внутреннем дворике. Номера стильные и уютные. Кровать удобная и спится отлично.

Cons:

Номер был очень очень маленький и тесный не было шкафа мест для хранения да и просто прикроватных тумбочек если остаешься больше чем на одну ночь это очень не удобно. На завтраке может быть хотелось овощей и чего нибудь еще, но это мелочи и без этого завтрак хорош.
