The room was very disappointing but the customer service was great but I will not stay there again.

I did not like the stains in the toilet and tub. I definitely did not appreciate seeing roaches in my room near the dresser and bed area. When I spoke with the manager on duty which was the first night I arrived. I was told they could not switch my room because the hotel was full. The manager suggested that I speak with the morning manager the next day which I did. The manager told me that since I booked through a third party there was nothing they could do as far as crediting one night. He also asked me did I take a picture of the roach and I said no. I killed it and through it in the trash. He then asked me could they look in the trash for the roach. I also complained about the stains in the toilet and tub and was told that they were hard water stains and that all the rooms were like this. I requested for all the lining in my room to be changed since he could not accommodate me. I was also told that since they upgraded my room from a standard room to a suite to accommodate my request for a rollaway bed there was nothing else that could be done. Nevertheless there was another roach in my room and this time I took a picture of it and emailed it to the manager. Considering I was there to attend my uncle's funeral I wish my stay was more pleasant.

I like staying there when I come to Sumter.
Pros:

The food was very good and the people were very helpful 👍

Cons:

Everything was fine and I hope to see or stay there in December 18th too the 20th let me know how much will it cost a room with two beds thank you.

Pros:

The friendliness of the staff, how there was always someone there at the desk. The breakfast was great. There was always an enough food. Bonus point the food was hot and there was no noise and we were there for four days.
