Pros:

Nice and clean great location

Cons:

I waited to get checked in for 30 minutes before someone came and then at checkout the guy next morning was high and told me my room smells like weed and take my deposit

Very pleased
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms were neat and clean. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was incredible. Huge selection of items and always stocked well.
Will definitely stay here again when visiting Sumter.

Not Up to Expectations
Pros:

The snack bar and the breakfast. Also loved the dove products.

Cons:

The room smelled like mold when we got there. The pool was closed at the hotel. When this was brought up we were given air fresheners for the smell and told to go to another property pool which was over crowded due to the inconvenience. The staff also was not the friendliest about the situations

Cleaning staff was friendliest on the property

Cons:

The location of the room was horrible. This huge outside AC unit was directly in front of the room window completely obstructing the entire outside view. The tub/shower drainage was terribly slow where you found yourself trying not to bath in the dirty standing bath water that kept rising as you bathe. The toilet handle kept disconnecting making it inconvenient to use. Horrible stay. Unhappy to the utmost. I won’t get any satisfaction from neither this site nor from the hotel where I paid “Good Damn” to stay!
